Ah Togo's, it always brings back alot of memories. Many a summer day was spent at the old San Carlos location eating sandwiches, taking advantage of the unlimited fountain drinks, and feeding probably thousands of quarters into the Mr. Do arcade game. Growing up in the Bay Area, much as Round Table established a baseline for me with pizza, so Togo's did for the sandwiches. As is my experience the person making the sandwich is not the one handling the money which makes for better sanitation. It has been a while but I always order the same thing A large cold #7 with Swiss cheese and extra onions.Just like a margarita pizza, you can tell alot about a place by its roast beef. Is it fresh and have a good red color or is it a that horrid all oxidized brown? It was nicely red and tasty, and the fixings were up to par. It was a great sandwich nothing more nothing less

Horrible service server messed up my order and put a whole pepper in the sandwich with no condiments. Disgusting and would not recommend this Togos to anyone. The Employees were totally incompetent.

Went to the one on Capitol Expressway, across from Eastridge. I used their App and everything was perfect & ready when I arrived. The parking lot is another story. They have super high speed bumps, so drive slow! There is also Starbucks next door & In & Out, so the lot can get busy.

I come here a lot and this is the only togos I come to. The staff is very friendly and they make the visit fun. But today there was associate Luisa who was very unprofessional, hurried my order and gave me eye rolls the entire time I was ordering. She threw my sandwich together very sloppy and very fast. I won't be coming back anytime soon

Ordered online for pickup, got confirmation had my account charged, only to arrive and find a hand written sign posted on the door to inform people they were closed. Unacceptable. Furthermore upon no one answers the phone when you call, even if it is before closing.
I have tried this place several times and the food is okay. My one star is every time I go here one hour before closing I am told I can not eat my food here because the tables are closed. I have to take my food next door to chipotle and buy drinks so I can sit and eat my food.

Dissapointed with the service. Ordered 2 #3's (turkey and avocado) with cheese. She was calling over to cashier and said 2 #2's. I said no, I ordered #3. She began to argue but then remade them. Got home. Order still wrong. Turkey only, no avocado, no cheese.

Been going here for more than 20 years. Not friendly services except from the owner. Prices have increased (which I can understand due to inflation and rise of living expenses) but Portions esp. the salads are smaller.
