I would give less stars if I could, lady was so rude, weighed sandwich with all ingredients. So she picked off half the pastrami and charged $3 for 2 skinny slices of cheese, I will NEVER go to this togos again!!! She should be FIRED!!! What a dissappointment

Feeling super disappointed after my lunch today. This is my second consistent bad experience at this Togo's. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar Salad the first time and paid extra for avocado. The salad did not have any avocado and there were lettuce butts in the salad itself. More recently, I ordered a southwest salad via the app with no tomatoes. Upon pickup, I noticed my salad had tomatoes and was served with the wrong dressing. I understand everyone has rough days, I just wish there was communication in those situations.

I am not one to go on and write reviews.Today i placed on online order for pick up , i arrive to the location 15-20 after i placed my order, a gentleman asks if i’m picking up i state yes give him my name, then proceed to look at the receipt machine, look around and then ask to see my order. smacks his lips and just goes to the back, nothing said. no “hey let me call my manger give me a minute” “let me see what i can do give me a minute” nothing i’m just standing waiting for about 3-5 minutes with no context. He comes out talking on the phone i’m assuming his manager or something, asks to see the order and looking at it as if he didn’t believe me, i show him my confirmation and even showing him i was charged for it then tells whoever is on the phone my order , hangs up. says he’s going to make it, does make it and just kinda threw the sandwich at the table , no apology, no sorry for the wait / inconvenience. nothing. probably the worst experience ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a full size Asian Chicken salad. It was basically a handful of shredded lettuce and a few cube pieces of chicken. It looks like half the size of the half size I used to get at the Morgan Hill location. 10.95 plus tax for one small handful of shredded lettuce plus a California Club sandwich with BARELY ANY avocado plus a small piece of hair right in the middle of the sandwich. Spent over $20 for lunch and I seriously hate myself for ordering here.

They also refused to give me pickles on the side. I called when i got home. He said sorry. No offers to correct it. Never going there again!

I ordered two orders of the pick 2 combo and asked if I could order the #26 and a farmers market salad with an add on of avacado. The lady said ok and proceeded to make the sandwich. When the sandwich was finished the manager Tony proceeded to say that the #26 doesn’t qualify for the pick 2 combo and he said that he’s going to have to charge me for the extra meat, which I don’t mind. I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see the menu clearly so I said that’s fine. This manager Tony charged me separately for both orders of the sandwich and salad with extra meat and avocado. He could’ve charged me for the #24 and added the meat but he was being very difficult so I just left without the order I was planning on purchasing. By the way I’ve been to plenty of other togos locations and this place doesn’t give enough veggies for the salad.

The worst costumer service I had seen in any togo's I was aproached by a male employee .! He came out of the place towards my car just to tell me that the cap for water is not for soda. I did refill water with small amount of orange drink . So I assume that my acction hurts his pocket!
