I personally love this spot. Not even once has my order taken more than than 5 minutes they are quick, attentive and high quality, never have I ever seen the on display produce or meats or cheese look anything less than fresh, the workers like to joke with the customers and laugh and they do special orders as well just call ahead. The ambiance is upbeat and peppy, everyone looks ready to take your order quickly, however you want your meal and happy to do it. This is my favorite sandwich place.

Quality of food and customer service not the best. Ordered bacon ranch melt bacon did not seem cooked it was poorly wrapped and chicken was very chewy could not even finish it.

As the warm sauce ran down my arm, I was in Cheesesteak Heaven! Best sandwich I've ever had! And the customer service was impeccable! Fast and friendly teens behind the counter. Bradley, Louis, and Trevor, I think it was. I will definitely be back!!!

Ordered online for CURBSIDE pickup. I just happened to be in town and the sandwiches looked delicious. I called when I arrived and the guy on the phone sounded extremely confused as to why I could possibly be calling. I explained I was there to pick up my sandwiches and he was still confused. So I said I was there for curbside pick up and he told me I could come inside. I told him I was calling because I was there for curbside. When my sandwiches were done the employee opened the door and waved my bag at me then turned around and went back inside. It was incredibly rude and childish behavior. What if I was handicapable and unable to get out of my car and requested curbside for a reason. When I went inside to grab my order both employees gave me attitude that was extremely rude. I will never be returning ever again.The kicker is that the sandwiches weren't even good. They didn't even cut the pepperoncinis for our sandwiches they just shoved a whole. pepperoncini in the sandwich. Definitely NOT worth the $50 I paid for awful service and subpar food.
basic sandwiches. thieving staff. i paid with a 50, got change for a 20. staff refused to give memy money back, claimed the till was "exact." went to manager, no help, she was probably in on it. just moved in the area--could have had a regular customer. now i'll tell anyone who listens y'all are petty thieves. very petty. next time don't steal less than you make in a year--not worth it.oh yea was probably the same punk teens as on the other reviews. plus the manager seemed guilty as hell when i confronted her.

Got two kids working in the store today, chatty with each other, which is cool, cause the store weren't busy. I ordered a salad, went home, found out they didn't give me the dressing. Disappointing

I am giving this a 1 star because of the no customer service. Came in today 3/4/23 @ 3:15 working there are two kids tweedle de and tweedle d**** Not busy in the store two EMT's in front of me. If these two kids would shut their mouths and focus on customers they would have received a tip. I should have been out in 10 minutes at the most but took me 20 minutes just to give them my order. Talking for five minutes to the EMT's and blowing off the customers that where waiting in line. Then because they were not focused on what I ordered they made my sandwich wrong. I asked for NO lettuce and extra PEPPERCHINIS. Twice I repeated my request. What did I get lettuce and no pepperchinis . I Was almost charged twice because again chit chatting and not paying attention. Just remember de and d*** no service no tip!
