I ordered avocado on one of the sandwiches, which costs extra. I ordered online and picked up the food, so did not see the sandwiches being made. The avocado was left off. I called to ask for a refund for the avocado and was told they can't do that unless you are there in person. The employee did loom up my order to see that avocado was ordered, but said she couldn't do anything. I am happy that Togo's returned to our neighborhood, but am disappointed with this situation. It was a vegetarian sandwich, so the missing avocado left very little on the sandwich.

I used to really like TOGO’S. Solid sandwiches, generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the combos actually felt like a good deal. I’d always swap the drink for chips since I usually grabbed a coffee from the Starbucks next door. But now with the new policy, no more drink-for-chips swap, which honestly killed my usual routine. The sandwiches are still good, don’t get me wrong, but that little change made the place way less appealing for me. Haven’t gone back as much since.

Got Santa Fe style Chicken salad It was literally just lettuce and chicken Barely any other stuff like beans, corns, tomatoes. I didn't know how it usually is cause it was my first time eating at togos. Chicken and lettuce for 15 is just crazy

I work in the same shopping center as this Togo's. I eat their sandwiches frequently and salads occasionally.Ingris & the crew are friendly, efficient & fast. There has only been a couple of times that my sandwich order was wrong, but they fixed it right away.Hats off to you & your crew Ingris, GREAT JOB!!!
