I ordered avocado on one of the sandwiches, which costs extra. I ordered online and picked up the food, so did not see the sandwiches being made. The avocado was left off. I called to ask for a refund for the avocado and was told they can't do that unless you are there in person. I used to really like TOGO’S. Solid sandwiches, generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the combos actually felt like a good deal. I’d always swap the drink for chips since I usually grabbed a coffee from the Starbucks next door. But now with the new policy, no more drink-for-chips swap, which honestly killed my usual routine.
