Occasionally, you might get someone cranky behind the counter but it's rare. They're generally really helpful and you don't really go to To-go's for the ambiance ? They're new BBQ beef is bomb!

I and my wife had a couple of sandwiches at this place. The place is clean and service was really fast. The restroom had a numbered lock and was clean. We got the Italian sandwich and the BBQ chipotle chicken sandwich and both were perfect as per Togo’s sandwich expectations.

Once upon a time, in very recent history, I used to enjoy coming into Togo’s for the personal touches each sandwich artist would add into my handmade sandwich. He or she would artfully craft my meal as we chatted, taking care and asking for clarifications as they worked; “is that enough mustard?”Now there is a cold and faceless kiosk where I must place my order, after which a worker slaves away silently completing ticket after ticket.To say I am disappointed is an understatement....
