I recently visited this place and while the food was generally good, my experience was marred by a series of service delays and mix-ups. Upon arrival, we waited a considerable amount of time to be seated, and then another long stretch before our order arrived. Unfortunately, we discovered that our food had actually been sitting on the counter, waiting to be delivered to our table by a server. When we asked about the delay, we were informed that they were short-staffed, which seemed to be a common issue during our past few visits.
To add to the frustration, a few of our items were either forgotten or replaced with the wrong dishes. This was especially surprising since we were dining on a weekday, when we expected things to run more smoothly. While the staff were kind and clearly doing their best, it was evident they were overworked and stretched thin.
The food itself was decent, but the service challenges significantly impacted the overall experience. It seems the restaurant could greatly benefit from additional help in the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smoother operations. I would be happy to return in the future if these service issues are addressed, as the potential for a great dining experience is definitely there.

The only thing I didn't like was that many dishes contain chili, an ingredient that does not exist in Italian cuisine. I understand that due to the influence of many Mexican and American customers accustomed to this ingredient, they see it as normal, although it is not spicy in some dishes, which is why I don't give them 5 stars because they are not faithful to real Mediterranean cuisine.

Not only is the food here fantastic, there are many Gluten-free choices that are delicious. It's hard to find that. Most places may offer a couple of GF dishes, but not here. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Nice atmosphere. Pleasant but glacially slow service - I ended up going to get something rather than waiting for the server. Expensive for the quality of food. We asked if we could have garlic and oil instead of the sauces, and they said sure. When the bill came they'd charged for garlic and oil *as well as* pasta + sauce! And I had to go get the parmesan myself.

It was a great evening at Tomatina. Very tasty and fresh food complimented by fantastic house wine and the best of all wonderful service .Ashley was very friendly, professional and hospitable .
We were there as a family event and 4 out of 5 mentioned the food was mostly bland with a lack of overall taste. Considering the price we had a disappointing experience.

Terrible. I do not recommend it. “Brenda “ (who had blond hair and was a heavier employee) at the bar was terrible. She did not come to check on me even-though there were only 2 clients in the whole restaurant at that time. And gave me the food in to go boxes. When I told her it was for here. She just said sorry. And did not return. Then I passed her by and caught her in the phone while in Buissness hours.
