This is my favorite sushi spot! I've been coming here for over 15 years and never once had a bad experience. Actually, I don't think we've ever even had to wait for a table (they get busy at dinner but not packed). The food is delicious and I love that you can see them making the rolls right up front. Went again to find the quality had dropped. Sashimi has a fishy smell, Tonkotsu is over cooked so tested dry
The decoration of this restaurant is very old-fashioned, with a style from 25 years ago.
I ordered sushi rolls and I liked them. They were made in an old-fashioned way, simple and without too much sauce.
Tonkatsu was crispy but too thin .

Wonderful place that I have slept on. Interior is decorated like the sushi places I frequented growing up which was a beautiful breath of fresh air in the Bay with how gentrified everything near by has become. Every roll and nigiri we had was great. They also had some menu items I don't see often, like wakame inside of the roll.
