First time visiting here, not sure if I'm gonna visit again.
Food: light in taste, chow fun sticks together, the beef tasted bland, seafood hotpot came in like oatmeal (very thick gravy).
Service: typical - set the food down, come back with the bill later.
Atmosphere: please clean the glass.

Prices have gone way up though so it’s no longer as affordable as it used to be - so we only can go as a treat. 15 years ago we would come here almost once a week.
Now: About $18 for one dish so if you want drinks also, expect $20-30 spend per person
