I've put in three pick up orders at this place and each time the staff made it feel like it was a huge inconvenience to hand me the food I already paid (and tipped 20%) for. I think the final straw was this last time, when they wouldn't give me my order without seeing my ID. This was after I already gave them my name, which let them find my order in the first place...
I would tolerate unfriendly service if the food was better, but it just isn't worth it. I've gotten the pretty clear message that I'm not welcome as a customer, so I'm happy to oblige and never come back.

Don’t come here if you wanna be served right away. Don’t come here if you like friendly servers. And definitely don’t come here if you if you love chilaquiles. Let me start by saying that TANYA was amazing and super friendly. She recommended the White Chilaquiles which sounded very interesting. As soon as she described what they were, I was hooked and knew what I’d order😅 I got exactly if not MORE of what I imagined. Delicious! Best I’ve ever had. Please don’t tell my mom😝 I will DEFINITELY be returning to have more of those chilaquiles. Thank you Tanya and also thank you to the cook who made my chilaquiles. Was visiting SJSU for a lecture. Tostadas was convenient and yummy! I had the shrimp tacos, which were really good, I enjoyed the texture difference of the shrimp and veggies and soft tortilla. Everything was fresh, and delicious. I'll definitely go back.

Food was cold when we got it and mid on taste, service was slow and waited for 40 minutes for food that was cold asked for a beverage and took over 20 minutes. It wasn’t busy, so not sure what the problem was.
