I was lucky enough to stop by today at lunch to be the first customer of the grand reopening! Can I say amazing! I was going to have Quesabirria Tacos, and Owner recommended the Birria Bacon Burger that came with Consume and fries (i used consume to eat fries not ketchup) That is my favorite Birria experience ever to date. This place is a must try! Everytime I am here in San Jose I will be stopping in.

El servicio es increíble y el lugar muy limpio, el personal es espectacular y la comida es muy basta, todos los platillos están bien servidos y el precio es muy accesible.
Mi hijo pequeño perdió un carrito y les comenté al personal y movieron todas las cosas para ayudarnos a encontrarlo! De verdad que muchas por las atenciones! Y lo repito… la comida es buenisima, tiene excelente sazón y los precios son justos.

Tried to visit tostada's this afternoon but it appears to have closed due to a death given the memorials around the building. I wish the family well.

IT'S THE FIRST TIME I'M GOING BUT I WANTED SOME DELICIOUS CHILAQUILES AND HERE I FOUND THEM, DELICIOUS, THE STAFF VERY LOVING AND FRIENDLY, THE DECORATION SUPER RETRO MEXICAN EVERYTHING VERY GOOD, BUT THE TASTE IS BREAK IN GENRE, YOU HAVE WHAT TO TRY, I DIDN'T GIVE 5 STARS WHY I HAVE TO LIKE OTHER OPTIONS.
Parking: IT IS SMALL BUT YOU CAN GET A PARKING SPACE, NOT IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT BUT I WENT AT NOON.

The food was good and the service was pretty great. I'm not sure it was worth the cost but overall it was a good meal.

I dont like to give bad reviews, but we waited about 30 mins to get in. No biggie, it was busy, I get it. So we scrolled thru insta to see what looked yummy. I finally found the Chilaquiles breakfast burrito. Just to find out, they don't even serve it 🤦🏽♂️ Cafe de Olla was delicious. Food came out pretty decent timing for the other 3 in my group, but for whatever reason, mine didn't come out until they were almost finished. My food was tasty but cold, unfortunately. For me, it just was one disappointment after another. But I won't give a 1 star because at least the rest of my group enjoyed there's. Instagram should be updated to reflect what's currently being served if you want customers to use it while waiting and communication amongst staff needs to improve so that food and drinks come out. We would have purchased more drinks and probably ordered dessert, but stuff was being forgotten and not coming out. 😑

I think it's best to try this place out. The food was ok, if anything service and drinks in a very atmospheric location inside is what you might be drawn too. It is very overpriced.
