Food was good! I got the Birria tacos with the consume! Though I will say the rice and beans were some of the worst I’ve ever had. Which is the loss of 1 star from the rating.
Waitstaff was mostly prompt and checked on us many times. Though once we were done eating it took quite some time for him to notice and wrap up our bill. A family that was seated after us left before us.
Then last general comment, the drink menu was majority alcohol....

Not gonna lie, had one of the best waffles I’ve had in the US. I order the churro waffle, and was definitely on the mark for my preferences. They have a large and extensive menu, and the service was so good. We arrived at 8am, so I believe the experience was even better since we were the only customers. We even had a wonderful soup served by the chef while we waited for our food to arrive. One of the best service experience I’ve ever had in the US, I would definitely come...
