I ordered for pick-up at 5:10 to pick up at 5:30. When I got there the guy at the front told me they had cancelled my order, but then he told me they were still working on it!? I was still checking the app and when he told me and they BARLEY had accepted it. The guy told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes and I waited a total of 30 MINUTES. The guy didn't even apologize for the wait or even hand me my food he just set it on the table. WORST customer service never ordering from here and I would suggest no one does too. The worst part was that the whole restaurant was empty, and 2 people came in after me and still got their food first, while I had already ordered ahead for pick up? Make that make sense. Food wasn't even worth it, my quesabirria was soggy and my bfs burrito barely had any meat. Never again.

This was my second time dining at Tostadas, and once again, it was a pretty solid experience. I went with the Birria tacos—tender, flavorful, and satisfying—while my fiancé tried the Birria burger, which was a fun twist on a classic.
We started with chips and salsa, which initially came out in a to-go container (a little odd for dine-in), but once we asked for a refill, they brought it out in a proper bowl. The El Toxico cocktail was a nice balance of sweet and tangy—definitely worth trying if you’re into fruity drinks.
Overall, it’s a cool, casual spot for a quick bite or even a larger group hangout. Not mind-blowing, but consistently decent and enjoyable.

Top excellent customer service 👌🏻 from the moment you walk in to walking out, love the wall mural, very clean, our waitress was amazing so sweet, the food is absolutely delicious 😋 and then there's Benjamin, can I just say that his customer service is beyond!!!! I can see him running all over the restaurant still maintaining a smile and giving you 💯% of excellent customer service!!! Never seen anything like that, by far the best my husband and I have gotten!!! Gracias Benjamin for the excellent service 👏🏻 you have new returning customers 😊
I really wanted to like this place but it missed the mark. Eggs were burnt and had no flavor, just straight-up bad 😭. Steak was dry and way overcooked. Potatoes were actually good though, only thing I enjoyed. But the cucumber water? Bitter as hell, couldn’t even finish it.

Everything was great! I loved the food and the atmosphere. However, there seemed to be random people selling things there. Someone came and took photos of us, then proceeded to print them, frame them, then guilt trip us into buying them. We lost $60 just because of this. This is why I gave them a total of 4 stars.

The fare was not that tasty, authentic or extraordinary compared to other locales further east (or west). They ran out of chips and house salsa at noon on a Thursday. Frankly, my spouse was disappointed given the recent C,P! BA review. Perhaps we need to visit the other location or recalibrate future expectations based on the recommendations from the aforementioned?
