Called 11/05/25 @ 5PM to order a cake for tomorrow, but can't pick up before 5PM tomorrow because they do not have a caker working until 4pm tomorrow. Not reliable place to purchase from. The pastries and cake here are good, but the service leaves stale taste in my mouth.

Also this location is inside the HMart so no seating.

We ordered a yogurt blueberry cake but we got just a normal cake. We called the store and they offered to give us a refund. I said 50% refund is good enough because we got a cake anyway. But then someone else from their store salid they won't issue a refund. They didn't even apologize for giving the wrong cake. The employee is called Amanda. We bought a Rainbow birthday cake 7/13/2024. The cake was very dry and unfresh, it seems had been stayed in the display for a long time. We have to scrap it. The service girl pushed to select tips options. Very disappointed for this experience, it really ruined the reputation of Tour le Jour.
Stopped in today to get a last minute birthday cake. The black sugar cake wowed everyone -- just as good and flavorful if not better than the boba drink, with some interesting textural contrast of crunchy bits, in addition to fluffy and creamy cake/buttercream? layers. So yummy!! The red bean bun I grabbed as a snack was also delicious. We will be back.
