Yummy coffee. I like the rolled rice paper. It is very good. The coffees are unique. One thing I feel not right is too much ice. The one I ordered, which egg coffee more than half, is ice.

So creamy and heavy coffee flavor. The cups were also superrrrr cute. Service wasn’t that quick, but it wasn’t slow. This is probably because how busy it was when i visited. I was confused how to pick an ice level because i ordered on the kiosk. Heads up! If you quick “ice on the side” they will give u a half empty cup of drink for you to bring home and add ice. Pretty cool concept, but i would have preferred to have chosen a better ice option. The drink I tried had coffee jelly, I really recommend that topping!
Something I loveeedddd about this spot are the ADORABLE cups! ?☕️??

Great ice coffee

I think this place is overrated. I gave this brand a few chance if quality has changed but I don’t think it will. All the drinks are 3/4 full of ice. I got a large egg cacao and tried shaking it and the contents barely moved making it impossible to mix the drink and cream. Took a couple of sips and the drink is gone. If the concept is wait for ice to melt then why not just add more water. Not worth the wait and price.

Don't order online. Save $1.00 per cup.
Pro:
1. Saigon Coffee is good.
2. Convenient to place order online. (not recommended)
Con:
1. There are more ices than coffee. I ordered a large Saigon Coffee. Took about 4-5 average sips, and it's gone. All finished.
2. Tried the Cream Coffee and don't like it.
3. Ordered online will mark up the coffee price by $1.00 per cup. e.g. Saigon Coffee is priced at $5.50 (at the restaurant) while online is priced at $6.50. This is to pick up the order at the restaurant.
I mainly come here for their avocado smoothie. Really creamy and is consistent every time. Often times, I have a hard time finding a place that does avocado smoothie well but this place is ?. They do use coconut as a base so you'll get more hints of coconut than avocado. It is pricey...I paid $9.06 for a large but it's a nice treat once in awhile

Came here after eating at Hue. I guess we were supposed to let the ice melt first? Two of the drinks were half empty. Hesitant to try this again, but hope this is an one-off thing it wasn't supposed to be empty.

Coffee-based drinks, "smoothies," and desserts. Not really my thing, but my wife likes it, so we dropped by.
