Tram Cream Coffee came recommended from a friend. Two of us ordered:-small egg coffee (no dairy, no heavy cream, condensed milk, or milk) $6.25-running dragon small $6.50My friend and I both don't do dairy, so I wanted to try it out. Since it doesnt have the extras, it looks a bit weirder, essentially a shot of strong coffee with some cream. You need to wait for the ice to melt so the coffee and cream mix together. once it does, it is quite good and very strong.Running dragon was good. No complaints.Plaza is really bad to find parking.Definitely down to get it again when I need a larger caffeine kick!

I used to go here all the time, but I have lost my patience with my last order. I've asked for coffee no ice for both a small and large. The amount of coffee given was measured to be less than half the cup and the amount of coffee for small and large were the same. all the food (bahn mi and chicken) I ordered were drenched in oil. I'm sad because the egg coffee is pretty good, but not worth my time and money. There’s a guy I’ve seen working there who seems to be owner or manager, he’s not very friendly. He always seems stressed.Parking: Parking spots are hard to find and if you find one most likely the neighbor doesn’t know how to park. Plus they’re small.

Decent place if you like really strong coffee egg pudding drinks. However cup sizes are not large and kinda pricy given that a lot of it is ice. Do note many of their fruit drinks are pictured with a cream topping but it is actually an additional $1.75 if you want the topping. Music is really loud so I don't stay for long.

I never thought anything could make me hate coffee until I tried their egg coffee. It was awful, extremely strong and disgusting. Took two sips and threw it away. Steer clear if you ever want to try an egg coffee…don’t let this place be your first experience :’)

I've been here and their second location a couple times and I feel like it's a decent place to go for your Vietnamese coffee cravings but not my favorite. The coffee is strong and on the bitter side, the flavor is intense even with the creams added. I do like their coffee jelly in their drinks, it has good texture and coffee flavor. I've ordered the egg coffee, the classic Saigon coffee, and the egg cacao coffee. I personally like my coffee with more nutty notes and I wish the sweetness of the condense milk cut through more. The egg cacao coffee came with a lot of ice and I felt like most of the drink came from the melted ice with a little of the liquid from the actual drink. The prices per drink are pretty high and the liquid to ice ratio could be better.

Hmmm used to be my favorite spot in the South Bay for Vietnamese style coffee but been so extremely disappointed the recent two times I've gone. I ordered a large egg coffee no adjustments other than the size upgrade. Unfortunately they filled the entire cup with ice, and left over a quarter of it empty from the top?? I asked the worker if it's suppose to come this way since in the past it never did and based off other reviews it only comes partially filled only if the customer requests less/no ice (which I didn't). He kept repeating "but it's not half empty at least" like? Hello?? Left without arguing because didn't want to give the baristas a hard time but also sad that this place fell short of all the potential it could have had. Especially since there's tons of coffee shops specializing in similar style so there's definitely competition. Docked quite a few points down for incomplete order and unnecessary attitude. Wish I took a pic of my drink but was in a rush and just wanted to warn others to not expect much! Might be more worth to drive the extra miles and go to Phin Cafe, Pour Decisions or La Caphe.

I got the VIP and the egg coffee was very good. The coffee is on the bitter side, which fits my taste, while the egg cream was sweet. It's a perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and caffeinated. The ice cubes here are quite big so it was a bit tough to mix and drink. It's also on the pricier side. But overall, this is one of the best tasting Viet coffee in SJ.

Had the tiramisu coffee and the Saigon coffee. The Tiramisu was pretty good but the Saigon coffee was a bit too intense. Overall not a bad place and has pretty quick/friendly service. Worth trying out to see if it's your style.

On a cold day, you would think I would be a little smarter to order something hot.. Or even possibly try what these guys are known for (egg coffee). But do I do that? No. I order something that did only one thing for me. What's that you ask? Brain Freeze. I ordered a Matchahaya which is their version of a Matcha frap with Tram signature cream. Let me backtrack for a minute here and tell you part of the reason I ordered this drink. I love me some good Matcha and I drink it daily. I even go next door to Izumi and purchase their matcha green powder tins to use for my morning lattes because I don't trust the stuff on Amazon. Who knows if they even make that stuff in Japan.... I'd like to think my Matcha love has made me a little more refined these days. I know what I like. My drink was $10.75 total because I also added in some Lychee jelly. These guys win for one of the most expensive drinks. But that's on me. Back to the Matchahaya smoothie. Presentation wise it looked really nice. I could see the green swirled in with the egg cream. I was excited to try it-- until I took my first sip and squinted really hard because yup.. Just like I said earlier. Brain Freeze. Once I got myself to calm down because it hurt, I tried it again with a tiny sip and asked myself for an honest review. I couldn't taste any matcha at all. There were also big ice chunks in there (because they didn't blend it long enough). No discernible "matcha" taste. It was pure vanilla ice cream shake flavor to me. Also, the egg cream made it much too sweet. Would I order this again? No. I just need to come back and try some egg coffee next time and update my review.
