Got the tasting menu with me and 5 friends and it was delicious. The steamed egg with scallop was by far the favorite of all the dishes we got. It was warm and very familiar but elevated still with great flavor and super smooth texture, plus a seared scallop makes everything better. We had oysters, plenty of nigiri, a little miso black cod, and a cute little agedashi tofu broth at the end. The house tamago was delicious and slightly sweet which was pleasantly surprising. I normally do not like tamago but enjoyed this a lot. Will be back!

We found this restaurant on OpenTable and were impressed by the reviews. They don't do it justice! What an amazing dinner! As good as if not better than the best sushi I've had anywhere. You have to try the yellowtail crudo, as well as the Trifecta roll and the Body Roll (thank you to our server Anna who recommended them). Make sure to also try the chicken Karaage. And their assortment of sakes are wonderful. If I could give this restaurant an even higher rating, I would.

Amazing fresh & delicious sushi! Best in San Jose. Their Nobu roots shine through in their foods. The trifecta sushi roll & red dragon rolls are my favorites. The miso cod entree is delicious! Highly recommend.

Love the food. Garlic Butter shrimp, trifecta oysters, body roll, smoked hamachi tacos are among out favorites. Service is good too. Yvonne is a great server.

This is hands down by far one of the best sushi places in all of San Jose. The blend of melt in your mouth flavors and the super welcoming atmosphere has made Trifecta my go to spot for great vibes and great eats. The family that owns/runs this place are great people, and they (and the staff) make you feel like you are extended family the minute you walk in. The chef team at Trifecta is ultra-creative, and every time we go in there there is always something new to try. Your tastebuds, and friends and family, will thank you for taking them there - especially if it is on a Thursday when the live DJ is spinning. Just tell them what you want, and they'll definitely make it happen... FWIW, my wife is a vegetarian, and some of the sushi they have made for her is absolutely stunning (she is a super picky veggie). Give it a try if you're looking for a top notch sushi venue in the South Bay!

Unfortunately the bathrooms are right behind the host desk, and someone had made a stink right before we entered. I held the door open for a bit to try to help. Other than that, everything was excellent!! Maggie is a gem, and came and shared for a few minutes during the meal. She shared that her family (I think son & nephew) are 2 of the chefs. Fantastic family restaurant. So glad they moved from a pop-up into a permanent location & chose to put down roots in Evergreen! Truly high quality fish, some of the best rolls out there. Worth the cost. The tacos are award winning for a reason. Faithful roll was my favorite. Oysters were delicious too. Love the influences of Filipino culture & cuisine into the food as well. Top notch! One of our guests is Gluten Free, and the servers and chefs were EXCELLENT at accommodating the dietary requirements! Made sure to always let us know which items were/ weren’t GF, and if they could be made GF (almost everything could be, and still tasted excellent). Very impressed!
