Experienced a very rude behavior by the cashier at the store today. I couldn’t find one item after multiple attempts of walking around the store. So while checking out, I asked the cashier if they have it in the store. She said it is there and pointed out to the place where it could be. I asked her if she can come with me and help me find it since I could not find it after walking down that aisle 2-3 times. But to my shock, she said she cannot come with me to get that item.
This is the first time, I am experiencing such a bad attitude from a person working in a store. I am supporting this local business for the last 15 years and now I am not sure if I want to go back to that store.
Trinethra should train their employees how to properly behave and help their customers in case they need help with anything.
Totally disappointed today.
Ashwaganda. You kidding me?
- Prices are not written for many items
- They close the store even before closing time of 9pm and keep asking every customer to check out starting 8.45. This has happened to me at least 3 times. They even told me that their system won't accept check out after 9pm. really?
They have all the staples. Decent but not as comprehensive as the Sunnyvale Indian store
Good store but staff on register is no help. When ever I go she is on the phone laughing I ask her something she never knows and doesnt even try to help. The price on shelves is not always correct I told her all she says you want it or not. Needs to be less on phone and pay more attention on how she can help with customers needs.
I use to go here to buy vegetables and snacks. It was always nice but today I had a bad experience I got RAVA LADOO and I was already a spoiled snack and yet selling … I don’t know there is no expiry date because they are hiding something and still lot of snacks probably expired.kindly remove it so no one will pay money and get bad stuffs!
Good indian store with lots of fresh vegetables
One of the great selection Indian supermarket in San Jose. I like to shop here for fresh vegetables, Indian spices, and Indian chai tea. I like Indian food and love to cook diverse food .Highly recommended Trinethra Supermarket!
I recently visited this store to buy some crackers. Unfortunately, many of the items did not have price tags, and I was in a hurry. After billing, I noticed that just a few cracker boxes had cost me around $72, including tax. It turned out some of them were $6.99 each, which I hadn’t realized.
I immediately approached the counter—barely a couple of minutes after billing—to request returning a few packs I had picked by mistake. The sales representative, who seemed new, politely but firmly said “no exchange or return,” without even checking the situation.
While I understand store policies, refusing a return within two minutes of purchase for a clear misunderstanding feels unreasonable. It would be helpful if price tags were clearly displayed and staff were empowered to handle such genuine cases with a bit more understanding.
Overall, disappointed with the customer service and lack of flexibility.
They don't open on time. I waited outside in the morning and left

Clean grocery store
I gave them 5 stars because of their cashier who is super nice. This store is recommended by my Indian friend and I would say it didn’t disappoint me at all. I got what I was looking for. I suggest that they should put a price tag for their items.
My wife buys most of the vegetables for our house at Trinerthra Supermarket. They have a great produce department and quality excellent.
The egg puffs here are not fresh. Twice, we encountered spoiled puffs with a strange taste. We won't be purchasing any food or bakery items from here again.
Wide variety of Indian groceries. Fresh vegetables.
