I've gone here a couple of times and every time it's dull. They barely have any choices on the menu, mostly all taste watered down. I tried many of them, and they all taste flavorless or just tastes old (like it's been out for a while). None of the teas are made fresh and they are just dispensed out of containers. They once put my drink on the floor to go assist someone else... it wasn't even sealed. If you guys are looking for good tea I would recommend any other place other than this one. Like Happy Lemon or Pop Up!

I was craving boba and I came across this place on Yelp. It was near me so I decided to give it a try. I stopped by around 7:00 pm and when I walked in it was empty. There wasn't that many choices on the menu so I got a brown sugar milk tea with boba. I think it was called Brown sugar tiger milk tea or something. Disappointed to when it came it out because she made me a Thai milk tea instead. I didn't want to complain because the cashier looked like they were tired or something so I decided to try it anyways. The drink didn't have much flavor and didn't taste like a good Thai iced tea. Tasted watered down and not sweet enough (I got regular sweet). Overall I wouldn't come back because they don't have that many options and the drinks here are basic and nothing special.

So I went to California for a trip. I really love boba, and I went here. I will never, ever forget this. So I got my boba, and it was good. Halfway through, though.. I found a bug crawling in the inside of the cup. I threw it out, and kept drinking it. When I got done with the tea there was still some boba left, and I found a SLUG on one. HELP. I also found a GIANT dead cockroach under a fake plant in the shop. This place has a serious bug issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Forgot what I had (was a while ago) but still it was pretty good and it's nice to have a boba place like this in the area

The good: I've been to this location once in person and also ordered thru DoorDash once. The location is small but they have indoor seating (with small tables for 4). I got a manguava drink under the "special tea" menu which had mango, guava and mango star jelly bits. I also tried the white tiger milk tea with agar jelly. Interesting flavors they had included lavender earl grey milk tea, regular earl grey milk tea, and almond taro milk tea (never seen those two flavors combined in one before). I liked that you can adjust the sweetness and that they had lots of snack options as well (popcorn chicken and garlic fries for example). Outside of tea, they have snow bubbles (an older boba shop term I haven't seen used by boba shops as of late), coffee, and Italian sodas. I like how many toppings options they had. It included egg jelly, grass jelly, agar, boba, basil seeds, popping boba, mango jelly, lychee jelly and more. The nice thing about toppings like the jelly, pudding or popping boba is that you can keep the drink in the fridge overnight and still enjoy it the next day (unlike traditional boba that hardens after a couple of hours). The bad: I don't recall there being any outdoor seating. The color of their snow bubbles and smoothies makes me think that they use syrups or powders for flavoring. I ordered an uncle earl milk tea (different from their earl grey milk tea) but the store replaced it, without asking for my opinion, with their recommendation of white tiger milk tea due to it being out of stock. I had requested that my uncle earl tea be with grass jelly and 25% sweetness but the replacement tea came with agar jelly instead of grass jelly and at regular sweetness. I don't know what either drinks are because the menu didn't describe them but the white tiger milk tea looks and tastes like Thai tea. I am guessing the "white" comes from the clear agar jelly. I paid an extra $0.50 for the basil seeds in my manguava drink and they left it out. They also added popping mango boba to my manguava drink even though I didn't request it. It also wasn't listed as an ingredient in the menu. I also requested this drink to be 25% sweetness but it didn't taste reduced. The interesting: Tzone's a franchise and they have several locations throughout California.

I ordered tiger milk tea and she gave me thai tea. I asked her what is it and she said tiger milk tea...it definitely tasted Thai milk tea from the the color of it to the taste. I did not return because I doubt it will be done correctly.i will not order from this place again.. get your recipe correct..train more..

Do not order on Uber Eats. The restaurant's system was very slow and never updated the Uber Driver. The notification "Wrapping Up" remained displayed for maybe 30 minutes at least. I was really looking forward to the Strawberry Snow Bubble smoothie/slushy drink that I had ordered but it was completely melted by the time it arrived. You can see the separation of what's left of the icy drink in the picture attached. It tastes good and I'll drink it, but the lack of quality is not what I paid for. The waffles that we ordered were another story. They arrived cold and that would have been fine if the waffle had a crunch, fluffy texture. Instead, the "dough" was raw, jelly-like, and rubbery. The mango slices that came with mine were old. I'm not sure if that's how it's intended to be. It's just weird. I don't recommend that you try it to determine whether I'm right or wrong. I'm sure TZone makes decent Boba Drinks but my experience having waited over an hour for something disappointing is unfortunate. I'm glad I got my full refund, but I feel bad for the 2 Uber Drivers whose time was wasted.

Tonight I ordered a peach green tea w/rainbow jelly’s . Usually I like it but this time was a no . No ice at all & a bit off of the sweetness just plain . Not sure if it was a new employer then that makes since . The tzone by Winchester sure is my favorite . Just too far for me now

Got my order completely wrong. I ordered a green tea with 75% sugar and less ice and i got one with no sugar and no ice. The boba also has no flavor so save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Oh my gosh, their tiger tea is sooo good - it's a combo of Thai milk tea and Black milk tea, which is the perfect combo for me. When you enter, you can order and pay on a machine. The service is very fast, the indoor seating is really cute, and I highly recommend this boba spot.
