I'll start by saying the employees working when I stopped by where great! They made sure to clarify if I was vegetarian or vegan and made it very clear what food products were okay to eat for dietary differences.
The food itself was alright. The veggies were pretty soggy and sad and besides the salsa there was basically no flavor. It's airport food so I don't expect much but it was pretty underwhelming.

in terms of the food, the quality was very underwhelming. It was just meat and pico. No beans, dry as heck, tortilla was barely warmed - And as far as the service goes the server (i believe she said leah when i asked) Was not very kind nor informational, and when I walked away, my partner said she was talking bad about me - a paying customer- right in front of my partner which is extremely unprofessional. all in all the experience was a waste of money and I was only here to begin with because it was the only gluten-free option that I could find in the airport-

The burrito with cilantro rice, beans, corn salsa, veggies, and spicy salsa was delicious. The spicy salsa had a smoky aftertaste that complemented the corn. The heat was low key for me but it's present was there, at the back of my palate. I especially like that this burrito was good with out the cheese and Mexican rice cooked in chicken broth. This matters lot since I wanted a vegan meal. Often it's hard to find devious food in the airport.

Some of the worst tacos I have ever had. Basically, steak taco apparently only comes with steak, same with carnitas. I didn’t mind paying extra, but they seemed like they really didn’t want to add cheese and guac to my tacos.

I got a pork burrito with spanish rice, black beans, pico, guac, sour cream, and cheese. It was delicious and very filling! It only cost $15.30 which, especially compared to other places in the airport, is a great price! Aliyah served me and she was awesome!

The person making my taco gave me a hard time about putting everything that was supposed to be in it. She held up the line teaching me the meaning of the word “or”, but the menu overhead stated that the roasted veggie taco was supposed to come with salsa fresca AND corn salsa.
