Quality of what we ate vs what we paid doesn't match. We only received the bare minimum for some burritos. It felt very under seasoned and bland. Also to mention the burrito was pretty floppy. If you want to get a drink with your food it's 5$ for a basic sprite. That's robbery. As much as I love supporting local restaurants rather than (chipotle), I feel like chipotle does a much better job in terms of everything. Pretty unfortunate everything is neglected here and customer service is at almost an all time low where the main guy who's at the register is at his phone most of the time and could care less if anyone is at the restaurant

I had the San Lucas Fish burrito. It should be renamed the San Lucas Rice with a little bit of Fish and cabbage burrito. BTW, the fish was chopped up to make it seem like more than it was. I'll never order it again.My wife had the taco version with tortilla soup. Both were good. The soup had more chicken in it than my burrito had fish.The kids both had burritos and liked them.
Very disappointed. I found them online. I placed an order and arrived at the location. The woman behind the counter asked how she could help I told her I had a mobile order. She said for quesadillas? I said yes and she said they were working on it. Moments later a man appears and asks how I placed the order and began going to to this speech about that special was only available on Sunday and had to be delivered before 3pm and there were no salsa or guacamole. I was so exhausted over the questioning I just asked for a refund. Never again will I visit this location. You need to get with your webmaster, not your former customer. Aqui here I come

Terrible customer service displayed by the alleged owner while servicing a young lady in line. Refused to refund the customer and acted unprofessional. Made me uncomfortable as a customer watching his behavior. Food was not cooked at proper temperature. Won't come back here again!

Ordered a taco bar lunch from them for 30 construction guys, using EZ Cater. Driver was late, got lost & was rude. Did not provide napkins or utensils for a $736.00 bill. On top of that, food was very greasy & not flavorful. How do you have left over chicken, rice, beans, cheese & salsa, but not enough tortillas for a taco bar??? Not a fan! EZ Cater was awesome, I will definitely keep using them, but not order from this restaurant again :(

Una Mas should be called No Mas. It's been years since I've gone to one and now I remember why. The food was beyond bland. The "hot" sauce is more like tomato sauce with black pepper. Needless to say, not going back.
