Very much disappointed the way the staff’s behaviour!! Business Owner must give some basic training to the back-office staff how to behave & have a basic common sense. Nuthin to do with cashier guy.!!!

I absolute love Urban Momos! I come here often and I always get atleast the chicken momos, and it is always consistently fresh, flavorful, and moist. The prices are within reasonable Bay Area prices. There are vegetarian options too. The service is great, Sama who took my order and served my food was very kind, and checked in to see if everything was good. It is located in San Pedro Square, so there's enough seating and I like the atmosphere here too. Would highly reccomend!! P.S. the photo doesn't do it justice.

Very flavorful chicken momos. Also had the fried wings. Both were excellent, especially with the various dips. Great speedy service.

We had the chicken tikka massala & it was excellent. The naan bread was also the best I’ve had. Definitely gives home comfort meal! The owner was also exceptionally kind. Would highly recommend you check this place out and support this small business.

Urban Momo San Jose is amazing! Spotless indoor & outdoor seating, live music, and the friendliest staff – including one who’s climbed Mt. Everest seven times! 🏔 The food is incredible – authentic momo, biryani, gobi Manchurian, chowmein, choila, chicken chilly, naan curry, and more. We loved it so much we had almost every meal here while in San Francisco. You’re lucky if you live there because you can enjoy it whenever you want!

Expensive... it should not cost me $25 for curry, rice, naan, and a drink. I asked for paneer and he gave me chicken, it was still tasty though

Tried the fried chicken momos which had a tasty filling but a quite a bit over fried. Dipping sauce helped give some flavor to the oily outer crunchy layer but wasn’t anything phenomenal. Samosa was pretty standard and paired with a pretty good mint chutney. We were unfortunately upsold by the cashier to also order a side of naan bread which was dry, bland and unacceptable. Food came out quickly in around 20 minutes for a fairly busy night.
