Solid boba place with unique drinks. I got some hojicha latte that's not showing up on their online menu so it may be a seasonal item. If it is they should def make it a regular item because it had great flavor.

I will recommend their Matcha Toffee drink. If you want it stronger, you could customize and add more matcha! It's inside the San Pedro market so it's usually pretty lively around! You could also customise the amount of ice and sweetness levels. Seating is shared with other businesses around.

Overall…. 5 stars across the board! I’ve been wanting to see what the hype was all about in terms of this place through one of my foodie influencers I follow on Instagram… and it did not seem to disappoint at all! We went around 5PM on a Saturday afternoon, where the crowd seem to be quite quite bustling with lots of peopleWe got quite a bit of drinks… which all of them came out to $47. I’d consider that quite expensive for drinks for 7 people in total… but they had pretty good drinks after all so I honestly do not mind. The one thing that makes me impressed is the speed at how fast they made the boba. The boba was quite chewy and the texture was just right.I would definitely come back again sometime soon!Dietary restrictions: They have all sorts of different milk… so you can ask them!Parking: The parking situation on the road can quite be sparse at times, so be prepared to circle around for a while.

Reviewing after having visited this location multiple times. The crème brûlée milk tea is tasty (but QUITE rich so be warned). The flavour seems to be watered down since they made their drinks larger though. I have also tried some of their other tea drinks and the flavour of those is fine. The boba balls themselves are sub par. It is usually soft and chewy here. However, they have no intrinsic sweetness and hence taste like nothing.

tau fu fah inspired drink! this was their winter seasonal beverage; i believe it’s made with housemade tofu, soy milk, ginger, sugar. yum! ? and appreciate that it’s vegan & dairy free as well ?✨

Came here to grab some boba for Fanime and it's within walking distance from the San Jose convention center. As it was a Saturday with an event nearby, this food hall was PACKED, but the baristas here are super efficient and it didn't take too long for all 4 of our drinks to come out fast. What I really enjoy about a boba place is the fact that they have a unique and wide variety of drinks that aren't offered anywhere else and I got that with Urban Ritual! We got the:1) Pistachio Toffee:-This is as seasonal drink that comes with pistachio orgeat and milk and is topped with pistachio toffee.-Another unique drink that incorporates the mild nutty sweetness of pistachios, mixed with creamy milk, and adds the yummy crunch of the toffee on top.2) Pandan Pear:-This is a jasmine green tea with pandan and pear puree.-I have NEVER seen panda in its pure form. I've only seen it as an already made/baked dessert or only have had it as a milk tea drink. This is the first time I've ever had it as a puree in a straight tea! Kudos for the uniqueness in that.-Overall it just tastes like a fruity jasmine tea, but not bad.3) Kumquat Mojito:-This is a non-alcoholic mojito made with kumquat, golden cane sugar, and fresh mint.-Refreshing fruity drink with some mint. I adjusted the sweetness for this so it was just right and I enjoyed it!-I've had non-alcoholic mojitos at boba places before, but never had kumquat as an option to try!4) Lychee IPA:-Another non-alcoholic drink that is housemade with lychee and citrus hops.-Not really my cup of tea (hehe), but for those people who enjoy the taste of beer (eugh in my opinion), this is a nice fruity drink to have!-There's a slight roasted (I guess "beer" taste to it) that is balanced out by the sweetness of the lychee.-I've never seen another boba place do an IPA before, so that's pretty neat!Hopefully I can stop by again next Fanime!

Super good quality drinks and order ahead is quick to be ready. The service is super friendly and nice when ordering in person. Because the Sam Jose location is located in a food court there are many other options if you want to order food. The boba does sell out fast in other days but I highly recommend

My daughter's favorite tea business and location.Quality/Quantity - Honey Oolong - 5 stars, as this is my daughter's favorite drink and business and location (they have 3 locations).Jasmine Milk Tea - Good. The Cloud Coffee with Boba - My drink, good flavors, but today was not a good day for me, as I did not feel well due to over eating and drinking during the holidays. So the drink might have been great if I was craving it more...? Very few of the places my daughter frequents give a coffee option, so thank you. Atmosphere - Small location inside the San Pedro Square Market.San Pedro Square is one of my favorite SJ places to hang out! See other Yelp review.Open 7 days a week from noon to 8pm or 10pm, see picture.Metered Street parking - And it is VERY enforced, so make sure you pay.Service - Self service kiosk. My daughter ordered via the mobile app.Okay, one of the drink covers leaked. My daughter had them redo it and top off the drink due to the leak.Price - $18.20; the going prices for these drinks.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 2021. We frequent your SF locations as it is the closest to us, but you don't have parking there either...

Urban Ritual remains one of my favorite boba places and I'm glad I'm only about 15-20 minutes from this location. Throughout the years, the Matcha Toffee remains my favorite. The Crème Brûlée drink is also delicious! Order ahead through their site to avoid waiting there as well as the convenience fee. I'm pretty surprised that ordering at the kiosk requires a convenience fee charge. Parking is typically a bit tough around San Pedro Square, but it is a great spot to hang out. I've never seen this Urban Ritual extremely crowded, so highly recommend if you're in downtown SJ and craving boba!

I love how unique the drinks are here. The flavors are so different compared to the usual boba drinks. This boba shop is located in San Pedro Square and sits in a food hall type of environment. Ordering is quick and easy on their tablets.Matcha Toffee: Great balance of matcha and toffee. I thought one flavor would overpower the other, but that was not the case. The toffee brittle adds a nice texture within the drink. Quick tip is to mix the toffee into the drink so it breaks apart a bit. It tends to stick to your teeth if you don't mix it into your drink a lot.Creme Brulee Milk Tea: Probably the best creme brulee in a milk tea I've ever had. There is a generous amount of it in the drink, but it doesn't overwhelm the drink. Every sip had a good amount of creme brulee and the tea flavor together just makes a great combination.
