Hole-in-the-wall Via Mia in Saratoga—wedged between a dispensary and liquor store—turns out some solid pies. Pricey though: $45 for an 18” family combo (inflation hits hard). Dough’s garlicky, soft, and chewy—not NY style, but satisfying. Crust could use more crisp, and the middle gets soggy so toppings slide off when picking up a slice. Via Mia Pizza is our absolute favorite place to visit for good quality pizza with high quality ingredients. The new owners are so kind and make every experience wonderful 🤗🙏 we recently moved out of the Bay Area so we always need to visit every time we’re in town 👏🤩 🍕
