Great staff who are friendly and knowledgable. They explained a lot about their different wines and made recommendations based on my preferences. I ended up joining their wine club because of how great of a time I had.

Found my #2 Wine Spectator Top 100 at Bistro Jeanty right after the announcement. Not only I could secure couple them online immediately, when I picked them up at the store, John said he had couple more bottles hidden somewhere in the shop and asked if I wanted them. Serious? Of course, I snatched couple more in a heartbeat. The best part was the last batch was 10% off due to whatever reason. That's insane! The price of this bottle literally went up 20% easy right after #2 wine announcement at WS. I couldn't expect anything more than that. Very honest business owner!

Pretty shocked at the selection of whites I tried. Incredibly niche yet crowd pleasing worthy wines. Loved their selections and loved our bartender/host, Art. Would come back and would recommend their flights.

Excellent wine bar/store with a lot of wines to choose from. The membership plans are modest and I love coming here ones a month for my free glass of wine and to pick my wine bottles. Bartender Jose is great and takes a good care of me and my friends.Haven’t tried much food, the cheese plate was huge and delicious.

The vibe is place to go for that special occasion and special vintage and if you can't find it...they have it. Shhhhhh. Nancy warmly greeted me. Picked up John Wick's favorite bourbon. Hahaha! LOVE the selection of fine wine and whiskey! Nancy recommended a Burgundy. Went with it! Ooh la la! Love the fab VIP service. Will be coming back! Woohoo!

Beautiful wine bar and shop with an outstanding selection. I have spent many times here at the bar enjoying the evenings, sipping great wine, and shopping for wine I can't get unless I travel to Taiwan, and that's not happening nowadays, only because I've been busy. It started when I first came to the Vintage Wine Bar, looking for a particular bourbon I had difficulty finding. It was during the renovation, and the gentleman there sent around the corner to their store and bar, Vintage Wine Merchants. I didn't know they had another bar and store on Santanna Row; who knew? The gentleman knew what I was speaking of and went out of his way to go to another location the same day to retrieve a bottle and called me when it was ready. I stopped in yesterday, I'm having a small gathering, and Kavalan is always the life of the party!

Felt scammed. I was on a date. ( first time on Santana Row). I do not know much about wines, so to save myself the embarrassment, I asked for a “house red”. Guess what? The waitress brings back the most expensive red on the menu; really? When did “house wine” become “ most expensive wine on the menu” ?? ( didn’t realize it until later when I looked at the receipt and then the menu on the website)It was almost closing time, so we had one glass each and asked to close the tab. A lady showed up with a handheld POS. The max tip option was 7%. I was confused but selected it anyways. When I later looked at the receipt, I realized there was a 20% automatic gratuity added by default - for a party of 2. I don’t know what the law here in CA is for automatic gratuity, but I thought it was for parties 6 and over. I always tip 20% anyways, but sneaking it on the bill without mention is very distasteful. And the greed to ask for more? Basically, I paid a 27% tip for 1 hr and two glasses of wine. It’s not about the money but the principle of fairness and honesty.

Been there a couple times this winter and have enjoyed great service from Meenu and Matt. Always checking in to see if we need another glass or some yummy food. Highly recommend!
