We surprised our friend who loves duck but chooses something else because I am not a fan. He had noodle soup with steamed duck, my husband had porridge with steamed duck. I requested baked chicken with egg noodles. Tasty and not dry for ducks and chicken. The chicken reminded me of hu tieu with the broth on the side. Each entree was a generous serving and can share with others. The dipping sauce was great for both meats. I would have ordered the appetizers but our friend is allergic...
