This is the second time I order from this location and they don't get my order correct! Very unhappy very disappointed! Today is my birthday and was not happy to come home to something missing from my order. First time I asked for no goji berries guess what there was goji berries and a lot of them then today I asked for added chocolate chips guess what no chocolate chips!!! The workers are not clearly reading the orders. I ordered through door dash and its not doordash fault because the store staples bag closed! Very upset!!

This store is located in Brokaw Plaza with Sprouts Farmer's Market, Ross Clothing Store, but it's closer to where Starbird Chicken, Cauldron, See's Candies, etc, and it's been here for a long time. I just never tried it. Anyways, that changed today, as my wife wanted to go and share an acai bowl. We went during lunch hours, so the parking lot was crazy! Never a good time to go to any strip mall that has restaurants or food establishments unless you get there before the peak hours. Nice clean, simple decorations. The service was good. We ordered the large Warrior Bowl. - BASE: Organic Açaí, Banana, Blueberries, Raspberries, Spinach, Multi-Vitamin Boost, Organic Flax Seed, VB Superfood Blend, Almond Milk; TOPPINGS: Organic Granola, Bananas, Strawberries, Organic Goji Berries, Almonds, Honey. The portion size was big, but so was the price of $17. Yowsers! Anyways, there were a lot of fresh banana and strawberry slices arranged nicely. To really dig into the bowl to get the icy, cold acai and then get hit with the crunchy, nutty taste of the dried goji berries and almond slivers. It was a delicious scoop each time!

Order: Go green smoothie With apple juice $10.99 total 6 mins between ordering and receiving the order I more so taste the apple juice and a bit of banana. It leaves a subtle, for lack of better words, gritty feeling in your mouth. The same feeling you get if you eat an unripe banana. It is a bit sour as well. Service was just a kiosk Store was small but was packed with as much seating as they could comfortably fit. It wasn't busy when I went so it was nice and quiet but it would be a bit dark to read a book in if that something you're in to.

I ordered a fully loaded açaí bowl for 35 dollars. And the utensil spoon I got was such a cheap plastic one that you get 500 for a dollar at a 99 cent store. Makes me wonder how healthy are the ingredients they charge a whopping fee to add to your bowl. Beware folks..

The wellness wraps have been degrading day by day. Last year they used to provide a big wrap and now the wrap comes to the size if one’s palm.They usually given small sizes and half empty in doordash orders. I used to order thru their app and write a note- please make sure the wrap is filled with the correct size. Nowadays their app also sucks. Today they handed me a twisted wrap (see picture).Their problem is they are maintaining quality.I am ready to tale back this review if I will be treated my good quality food next time with an apology.

always enjoy coming to this vitality! i actually made coming here and getting my juices part of my routine rather than starbucks everyday and have noticed a massive difference in my skin and body in just a month. Ericka was super sweet and awesome! The young man that works here as well is also amazing!

Honestly I would give this a 2 star. Runny acai bowl, no way! Very basic toppings and minimal at that. Not worth going here for a $17 bowl of sloppy acai. I live in a small town in Idaho and ours in town is much better.
