I had one of your bowls before that my neighbor brought over to me. It wasn't all that great. I've never been there and I was thinking of going this weekend, but after seeing all the bad reviews, I will never go. And I must say sorry, but this is for the manager attitude, the flex leader ship. Most of the complaints are about your stuff you need to train them better.

First time, asked if they had gluten free granola, they advised they do.When I received bowl it has cereal on it, a mix of rice krispies and Corn puffs...it may be gluten free but not its not granola. The base of bliss bowl was good but removed much of it due to cereal in bowl. Never come across this before.

The people at this Vitality Bowls are rude and incompetent. I ordered 2 bowls, on the second one I said no granola. When I got the bowl, there was granola on the top. I took it back, reiterating, "no granola" and stating that I can't have anything with added sugar. They asked why and asked about medical conditions. It's not ok to ask anyone about medical conditions, just to get their order right. They said that they would redo the order correctly. I got the redone order and the added chocolate chips to the top. This bowl does not come with chocolate chips and I did not ask for them to be added. In fact, I clearly stated that I can't have anything with added sugar. These people are rude and incompetent.Dietary restrictions: They’re supposed to be known for being good with dietary restrictions, but their incompetence and rudeness prove otherwise.

I previously submitted a review about this Vitality Bowls. The owner said that he would refund my entire order. The refund was not for my entire order. I was a loyal customer for this place, but I won't be any more and I urge other customers to go elsewhere as well. This has been an all around terrible experience. They're incompetent, rude, and dishonest.

Cottle location is awesome! Instantly greeted when entering, very clean and well kept inside. Gentleman who I believe is the owner is very personable and pleasant to converse with while waiting for my order. I've tried a handful of their açaí bowls and drinks, all delicious! I'm actually craving one now while writing this review.Sometimes I even order the child's açaí size as it's a perfect size on the go. My toddlers and teen love it! This was actually one of the first date spot years ago that I went to with my now fiancé, so it'll always bring back a piece of nostalgia when I visit. Wish I took pictures of my orders, next time...I will.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. I order a chicken salad. My friend ordered acai bowl. While my salad taste OK. I liked the pickle egg. The salad leaves were not fresh, found some mushy leave which made it hard to enjoy my salad. And I get it I came to a vitality bowl place and ordered a salad which probably isn't a popular dish, but my friend wanted to get her acai bowl, and she was happy with her order.

Very disappointed. Got a smoothie and it was basically a juice. Good flavor but not what I expected.

I felt that I needed something healthy so I went here and it was a a great decision! I ordered the Go Green smoothie! You get exactly what you order! It had graviola, almond milk, banana, kale, spinach, mint, dates and spirulina! It tasted great and delicious! I felt rejuvenated and better after drinking it. Only downside is that it could have been blended more smoothly, there were some chucks of dates at the bottom but I enjoyed it! My boyfriend got the açaí elixir and said that it tasted so good!The place is small and very clean. The staff was also nice and friendly. It is located in a plaza with a lot of food options and stores like Petco, Marshalls and Target. I highly recommend coming here! Don't forgot to download the app to gain points! When you make an account you get $3 off for next purchase within the next 2 weeks. I plan to come back soon!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I basically almost all the smoothie bowls and can say they're very tasty and healthy, too. They're a perfect pick-me-up meal after my workouts and I like that they're very nutrient/superfood dense. The customer service is also excellent and I was asked if I need anything replaced because fruit were unripe etc a couple times. I really appreciate it and recommend this place to my friends

Honestly, I love Vitality Bowl. A little pricey, sure, but I really like the fact that I can't order online and have it brought out to my car. Curb side, baby!I definitely prefer eating there because the acai is served in a metal bowl and feels like it keeps it colder and there is no lid for the topping (particularly peanut butter and honey) to stick to.This particular location is pretty small and can get rather warm on hot days because half the walls to the dining area are windows, but it's a comfy little spot otherwise.I probably order from there too much. The owner recognizes my number now.

Now, this is not the employees fault,My To go order took about 20min.There were only two employees working and they.were inundated with online orders. They were very apologetic.Honestly management needs to give them some more help. The online ordering system kept ringing off the hook while I was there.It was great and they were able to cater to my gluten-free diet.
