This has been one of my favourites for several years now. My whole family loves this place! It is a fantastic example of fusion food, they really hit the mark on their "traditionally modern" slogan. I always get their TofuQue rice noodle bowl with several kinds of greens and sesame dressing. Would highly recommend the springrolls. Both their Thai Iced Tea and Vietnamese Iced Tea are amazing as well! Everyone also loves the lemonades.

Do not get the shrimp! I ordered a shrimp rice bowl and paid $5 for extra shrimp. All I ended up was with 9 shrimps. I couldn’t imagine how much I would get if it was the regular amount. It felt like a big ripoff because it was a small amount. Also, food is just okay.

Ordered the Beef bowl with VN Sauce and Seasame dressing. Super impressed with how fast the order came out and the ingredients taste very fresh. The combination of the sauces added to the yuminess, I will definitely try the other sauce combos next time I visit.

The shrimp fresh rolls were also delicious and fresh.

The food was delicious! Unfortunately, the cashier got my order wrong. I paid $60,00 for 3 meals! The sauces should be included. I might give it a try in the future....

As a Vietnamese, this is the worst Vietnamese restaurant I've experienced. Their grilled pork vermicelli is just terrible, more like minced pork for me, dried & broken (oh hell no). If you already had a Real grilled meat vermicelli before, you know what I mean.
I'm telling the truth, don't be sad, owner. I sell Vietnamese food, and I'm also Vietnamese, so I should learn how to cook. There are many restaurants around San Jose that sell grilled meat noodles that you make. I can have a bowl of vermicelli like that too ???. Goodbye never come back!

So good. Just not worth the parking hassle unfortunately. Maybe once a year or so.

Parking: Parking is horrendous because its mainly a food complex. Very large lot but it sucks.

I ordered out. I was very impressed by how delicious AND nutritious the food was. Plan to eat there often.

The meal was like not as tasty as the reviews suggested. It reminded me of someone putting stickers on the wall and trying to pass for something authentic......

The options here are great. Your choice of protein, rice/noodles, and veg. You get to pick a topping sauce as well. It's really healthy eating and I love to come in for lunch or dinner.

Make sure you ask for the hot rice. I paid $50 for a meal that was cold from meat to rice. Not crazy about that.

Delicious rice noodle bowl arguably above and beyond many restaurants. Very fresh ingredients cooked to order. Impressed by the tenderness of the shrimp and what in Chinese we call the taste of the wok of both the shrimp and the veggies. The signature fish sauce is also a must.
