The service and ordering process were very smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. I really enjoy Korean chicken, and this place does an excellent job of capturing the authentic flavor that reminds me of home. My son absolutely loved the fried chicken — it was crispy, flavorful, and he couldn’t stop eating it. This is truly a family-friendly spot where both adults and kids can enjoy a great meal together. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the best Korean

I placed a large order of 8 chickens in total — a mix of fried and Yangnyum Chicken — and everything was prepared exactly on time for pickup.

The fried chicken was crispy and exceptionally tasty, even better than what I have experienced at other Vons locations. The Yangnyum Chicken had the signature sweet Korean flavor and was absolutely delicious.

Under the new ownership, the food quality seems to have improved even further. From now on, this will be the only place I buy chicken.

Without a doubt, the best chicken spot in the Bay Area.

Ordered a huge order for pick up and they went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal with quick and friendly service and complimentary fries. They’ve always been good to us and we always forget to say just how grateful we are for their kindness.

Feel ripped off. The food was beyond terrible. We ordered full size garlic roasted chicken. It tasted like BAD teriyaki chicken, super salty and wayyy too saucy barely edible. Needless to say we were really upset about it. I can't recall if I have been upset at a restaurant of any recent date. Especially if eating out is expensive. If you're going to go here to eat do not order anything non fried. We paid $36.99 for some horrible chicken with ZERO sides nothing! We also ordered onion fries and rice and it was nearly $60. We are very let down and would not return.

They got their consistently great heavily battered fried chicken (consistent across all chain locations I tried). Place is cozy and not too busy. Unfortunately they don’t have the fancy Korean instant noodle machines like the store in Sunnyvale but they got banger rice dishes.

Good food, clean store, but the cashier is just ignorant & disrespectful, he stops the customers from leaving the store and explicitly ask customers to clean the table with such a rude attitude

I’ve been a fan of Von’s for a long time, and tried many locations at the Bay Area. the experience at this location is the the first time I feel being insulted and not being respected

This type of ignorant cashier will damage the brand reputation, a lot

Today, my first time trying the chicken from this delicious restaurant, very well cooked. I loved the cashier who served me very friendly and patient. I recommend it.

Looked promising. Typical atmosphere similar to places like Angry Chickz, Starbird, Chikin Drip, Dave's hot chicken, ect. Prices are slightly higher. Unfortunately the ordered items were not at the same level when it comes to taste. Ordered the pot stickers, Mars burger, and standard single patty burger. All the items were at best, disappointing. Had the meal cost 15.00 it would have been a wasted meal thrown directly to the trash, but it was 30.00 so I suffered the consumption. Now I regret my adventurous mind only just realizing the battle was won but the war is only beginning. I pray the traffic home is light, and the lights remain green. I should have just gone to Chick-fil-A.

Huge mistake.

Everything was way too sweet. The Spicy Mars burger wasn't even spicy, and was drowning in sauce that was straight syrup. The cheddar French fries were covered in not cheese or cheese sauce or even velveeta, but a sugary cheese powder I'd expect from a bag of chips. And they were hard, not crispy, even though I just took them to my car.

The to-go order is just open to the air in a paper bag, so I wouldn't trust a Doordasher with it.

Never again.

I've been eyeing Vons chicken for years, too, but after this experience, I'll pass.
