We enjoy this Aloft and have stayed about 3 times. We visit our son and find the location great for all our needs. It is quiet and clean. We really like the quiet. There is a nice pool, bar and food. The exercise room is great.

Wasted my money on a burger. Lettuce was stale and brown, paid extra for a bacon cheeseburger, I got one slice of limp, undercooked bacon. Overly salty.

It was very nice and efficient. The bar and restaurant I learned when I checked in, are not open on Sunday evenings. Fortunately, there is an Applebees within walking distance right to the right of the parking lot. Another restaurant too, but did not go there. Breakfast is not complimentry.

Absolutely hotel ! Amazingly clean rooms. Abundant free parking. Staff is amazing. Limited option for breakfast. But what they do cook for you is very very good. Lots of good restaurants and food nearby area.

Sad experience, i made a reservation for two rooms. I am a gold elite. I checked in early, to be told that I cannot get two double rooms as I requested and I cannot get a room upgrade. I was charged $282 each room accidental for one night stay :) Went from a typical experience of getting connected rooms to you should be thankful that you still have a room to give you.

At check in, they said their system was down and had no way to check me in. So they handed my ID back and said have a nice day. Zero solutions, options, or accountability. Absolutely unprofessional. After driving for 3 hours and being greeted like this, I was now disappointed and exhausted. I had to find another hotel to stay at while sitting in their parking lot.

The hotel was well maintained, very cool inside, the rooms were great, the hotel is centrally located and easy to get around. The staff couldn’t do enough for me, they were very kind and courteous. They have a nice gym and a nicer outside pool area
This is a very small boutique hotel which is best for business travelers that are only there for a couple days. I was here for a conference and the overall stay was nice. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. The rooms were somewhat modern with the exception of wear and tear in the bathroom and the old school ac unit in the wall.

Clean but very utilitarian. Best for traveling business person. Thin walls, could hear every word of a phone conversation next door. 1 ply toilet paper. Good free parking. Easy freeway access. Relatively quiet location, no restaurant, cocktail bar and breakfast only

Amazing hotel, I always stay here when I visit Silicon Valley. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are courteous and very helpful. Morning coffee is also a nice feature! Five-plus stars - I look forward to my return visit.

We stay at Aloft whenever we're in the San Jose area. The rooms are nice designed and very comfortable. The beds are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The luggage carts are readily available and easy to access. My only complaint is about their breakfast. It is a bagged breakfast to go which is on the pricey side. However there are great breakfast places in the area so it's not a real issue. All in all, it's a really good place to stay.
