Walia Ethiopian Cuisine is simply outstanding! We kicked things off with delicious lentil sambusas, perfectly crispy and flavorful. The main event, the Zuckerberg Combo, was a feast for the senses. Every dish, from the rich doro wat to the tender chicken tibs and the diverse vegetarian options, was perfectly spiced and incredibly satisfying. Scooping it all up with their fresh injera was pure joy. Excellent service and an authentic experience make Walia a must-visit in San Jose!
Wow, excellent, Real, traditional Ethiopian food I can't pick one favorite cause everything I ate was excellent tasty full of flavor, warm, spicy, sweet, sour 😋 getting hungry for some trying to get through this review, definitely recommend go eat be happy
I'm obsessed with Walla. It's so good and flavorful. I have tried all Ethiopian restaurants in the San Jose area. I'd highly recommend their veggies & meat sampler. I also love the cabbage dish. I come here every 2 weeks.
