I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and the person at the window tells me they don't have it. that's fine, but what wasn't fine was that they offered no way to resolve the issue and proceeded to ignore me while I was sitting there not knowing what to do. terrible cashier and terrible manager, both were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Came here to try the Krabby Patty Kollab, not too bad but they gave us a regular frosty instead of the pineapple one.
This is by FAR the slowest drive thru I've ever seen & not once or twice but at least the last 4 times which unfortunately for me is enough!
