Management does not care about your concerns. They will just put you on hold and wait for you to call back to send you to voicemail. I paid for my delivery order and my daughter's food was missing. Dissatisfied since the order took an hour to receive and now we have to find other options to feed our daughter after such a long wait on her lunch

As far as Wendy's goes, this one is pretty good. The staff is somewhat friendly. One employee always makes Me feel like I'm a bother when I request condiments, but the management seems to run a tight ship. When I go it's always the same staff which says a lot for a business. A low turnover rate is always a good thing. My food is always fresh. You will encounter a homeless population.

I went through the drive-thru and I bought a son of baconator a chicken sandwich and spicy chicken nuggets to try Wendy's for the first time. Son of baconator wasn't as juicy as I thought it would be, and I think the vegetables that I added to the chicken sandwich overcrowded it. Spicy nuggets are spicy nuggets, eh. The brownie batter Frosty was pretty good. Overall I wish I actually sat down in the restaurant to eat to see if everything tasted fresher instead of trying to find a drink at some gas station down the road and wasting time and having my food get cold
