I always love Wendy's ever since. The quality of their food is very different than other fast food. Service here is not bad as well. It can be improved but in general it's not bad. I will definitely come back in this place 😀

Came through the drive-through and the new kid Brennen got my two salad orders wrong. I was very upset and called Patricia. She’s immediately very helpful and willing to replace my salads. Statue told me to visit her tomorrow night and that she would make sure that we’re right.
Instead I decided to go back in tonight, she’s very friendly understanding and ready to solve the problem.
She handled bad, hungry attitude very well. Thank you, Patricia.

The employees were rude and the atmosphere was uncomfortable a woman was staring at us the whole time and the cheese fries were not melt enough.

At the first window, the employee swiped my card but then said their machine wasn’t working. At the second window, Silvia told me my card kept getting declined and even accused me of using a card that wasn’t mine. After I confirmed it was my card, she handed it back and asked me for another one.
If my card had actually been declined, I would have received a bank alert right away. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, accused, and concerned about how my card was handled. This was an unprofessional and very frustrating experience.
