Cold food, reheated old fries. Only one customer inside and parking cars in the drive thru(2) cars. Every table was dirty. Skip this place for sure.

Wendy’s ordering kiosks are bait and switch. They show you one price (e.g. for a frosty it’s $1.29), then when you select the frosty it takes you to the page where you choose the size. NOWHERE on the page does it show how much the different sizes are. Even after you select it you will not be shown the price into you finish your order and go to the pay section and see the Small frosty is over $3!! Over double the price of the advertised!

They supersized everything and then at the window tried to tell me I was getting a discount. I ordered today chicken nuggets and a chicken wrap and decided to make the chicken nuggets a meal they went ahead and made * everything* I ordered into a meal. I never requested two meals and at the larger sizes. He also didn't provide me with a receipt when the order was close to $30.00 and I questioned it. So beware they pretend to not understand you while ringing everything at super sized and meals. I just left because I didn’t feel like arguing with this lying and BS and I won’t be back at this location again!

If I order a biggie bag I don't want to be upsold on a bigger fry and a bigger drink for a smaller sandwich. Also I would like the bun on the burger in the biggie bag to be just as fresh as a Dave's classic burger bun. I feel like when I order biggie bags the quality is subpar.

Today, I went to order a Baconator, which was listed for around $8.00. I also asked for a medium fries, and the person at the counter told me the total was $16.74. I was surprised and asked her to break down the costs for the fries and burger. With an attitude, she told me the fries were $4.70. I then inquired if it would be cheaper to get the combo, and she replied that it would be.
So, I proceeded to order the combo and told her that I didn’t want the drink and just wanted to save some money. However, she lied to me, and I ended up paying $17.60. This will be the last time I purchase from Wendy's. The prices are getting too expensive for a fast-food chain with low-quality burgers. I would prefer In-N-Out Burger instead, as their food is fresher, cheaper, and their customer service is far better than Wendy's.

Prices at the Saratoga Avenue location are thru the roof, I was the only patron, quiet, clean, but not worth the prices
Parking: Parking lot was full of people sitting in vehicles that were not shopping at wendys
Kid-friendliness: No kids meals
Wheelchair accessibility: Only 1 single door, which would make wheelchair entrance difficult
