Today, I went to order a Baconator, which was listed for around $8.00. I also asked for a medium fries, and the person at the counter told me the total was $16.74. I was surprised and asked her to break down the costs for the fries and burger. With an attitude, she told me the fries were $4.70. I then inquired if it would be cheaper to get the combo, and she replied that it would be.
So, I proceeded to order the combo and told her that I didn’t want the drink and just wanted to save some money. However, she lied to me, and I ended up paying $17.60. This will be the last time I purchase from Wendy's. The prices are getting too expensive for a fast-food chain with low-quality burgers. I would prefer In-N-Out Burger instead, as their food is fresher, cheaper, and their customer service is far better than Wendy's.

Parking: Parking lot was full of people sitting in vehicles that were not shopping at wendys

Wheelchair accessibility: Only 1 single door, which would make wheelchair entrance difficult

They gave us a cookie and the ice cream 10/10 deserves a Michelin star and the man who served us was super nice. The man was the only one who gave us a cookie. More people like that, please THATOOOOOO

Visited about 3pm. This location was pretty dirty (food & garbage on tables & floor). Condiment station wasn't stocked (napkins, utensils, ketchup, etc.). Staff mostly socialized amongst themselves instead of prepping orders to the point that I waited more than 30mins for 4 items (3 small frostys & 1 chive potato). They served other customers that ordered after me. The frosty consistency was as if it were melted then refrozen.

Not sure how you can mess up a burger order but here we are. Food was look warm at best. The woman working the drive thru window was very nice so they get an extra star for that. Lots of weirdos at night wandering around the restaurant and people camping in their vehicles in the parking lot. Shady, No bueno
Very fast and professional drive-through staff. A few times the drive-through menu was not updated with the unavailable items. Update: the app has been unusable at this location for several months.

I paid for extra cheese and got raw cheese….. is this joke !!! Plus workers were laughing when i was paying for my order like they knew what they did !, i noticed once i got home! How hard is to melt cheese man !
