I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. I am guessing they don't work with matcha customers much cuz I've never had one that was white as milk and chunks of matcha with absolutely no flavor.

The drink I got was a pretty standard drink that didn't really stand out. The sweetener selection was pretty limited too. However the guy making drinks was super friendly. Not like your typical Starbucks batista filled with angst and face piercings.

Today Steve made me an iced brown butter latte and it was fantastic! 10/10 customer service and he gave my dog a little treat! Will be back again! Kudos to Steve!

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago after seeing a viral video for a “brown butter cookie latte” that was offered at Whole Foods Cafes. I asked the only barista working there at the time for the drink and he said they had it! He asked if I had heard about this drink online because a few people had showed up earlier in the day ordering the same thing! Long story short- the drink came out great!! I ordered it with oat milk and it was so delicious. The barista explained to me afterwards that the syrups used for the “brown butter cookie latte” are caramel and pumpkin! 10/10 service and drink. I will definitely be coming back!

Good sandwich and taco bar. Pizza looked old and rubbery. Although it's small I like it way better than the one in Cupertino where I use to live with exception of the bakery. Way better staff!!

I come to this Whole Foods 4 times out of the week and it seems like staff has changed there was a white lady helping out at the self checkout and she started yelling at me because I didn't know they no longer take cash at self checkout and a polite man came to help me out I really liked him he talked to me about self checkout is no longer cash so then I go to A cashier and this African American lady gave me the ugliest look and I was just standing there waiting for my groceries to be scanned and she was still staring at me so I asked "wait are you open " and she just rolled her eyes at me and said nothing so I tried grabbing my stuff to go to another register and she decided to grab my bag aggressively scanning my groceries I'm never going here again wth happened to this Whole Foods !?

All Whole Foods locations are well maintained and clean but this location in particular also has a great arrangement for their flow of business. Everything is easy to find in this location and they have plenty of employees to assist with customer needs. This is one of the better locations to enjoy food items in their seating area as it remains reasonably shaded and cool on hot days. I wish I could give them 5 stars but until they become a place where all people can afford to eat healthy, I can't do it.

This review is specifically a shout-out to Steve, the barista in the coffee bar area! I was walking to the bus stop one day after work, and I was craving a drink. I noticed Whole Foods does iced tea lemonades, so I asked for hibiscus. Not only did Steve greet me politely upon my arrival, but when I asked for my item, and he was out of that flavor, he didn't just let that be the end of his excellent service--he took it a step further and made a drink suggestion--the matcha mint tea lemonade. He even offered me a sample without me having to ask for one. It was phenomenal, and now I totally recommend this drink to any of you who want to try something healthy, refreshing, and delicious!! Steve also made excellent conversation, and was extremely courteous when I had a few questions to ask regarding drink prices. Thank you Steve for your phenomenal customer service! More workers in the world need to be like you!
