Disgusting, disrespectful, unacceptable and unprofessional. Bumping loud music as well. There were only two workers closing. There was a younger Hispanic woman making my food that didn't wear gloves and she was touching everything with her bare fingers and a cashier who took my order and payment- she was an older Hispanic woman that called me a "pendejo" meaning "dumbass or asshole" for asking for a refund politely. The cashier woman was also touching everything with her hands, even a dirty rag and she was cleaning the counter with right next to where the cook was making our food and just literally left it there. I came in about 11:30pm or so before closing time and ordered in front and an older hispanic woman was my cashier. I ordered a small fry, two chili dogs, chili cheese, 2 veggie dogs and a large strawberry lemonade. I paid $25.22. My wife seen everything that was happening because she is 5'3 and can see right through the window counter and I'm 6'6 so I would have to bend over to see because papers on the glass windows were blocking my view. Anyways, I asked for a refund after my wife informed me and the cashier asked "why" and my wife told her "that woman isn't using gloves" and the cashier responded with, "we don't use gloves here" then my wife responded with "yeah, that's the reason why." She quickly became annoyed and the cooked asked the cashier, "what was wrong" and proceeded referred me as a "pendejo". Jokes on them, it's funny how they just think I'm just black and don't know Spanish. Low vibrational staffs. She was frustrated that the receipt machine wasn't working because she was trying to give me my refund and she never even gave me my receipt when I paid for my food. My wife was pretty annoyed and went to the car by this time. I quietly waited patiently for my refund. And a couple minutes later she ended up just giving me a cash refund which was $25.22 without the receipt (again) without saying anything to me (which was a good call on her end). I will never come back here nor will I recommend this Wienerschnitzel.

I find it very rude when people like cashier Martha and the cook working at 5:40PM like to talk about their customers in spanish (which I totally speak and understand) with the drive thru window open. Martha was initially rude from the moment i drove up despite it being completely empty but looked the other way as it is a Sunday but it unfortunate when they continue add insult to injury with events followed.
8/22/23 moved in to sj and this is what i was looking forward to. just a normal hot dog stand.

Carving great basic food? A stop at Wienerschnitzel is for you. We ordered a Kraut (Hot) Dog topped with tangy sauerkraut & mustard, a plain cheeseburger (at my request), and "small" fries. Totally enjoyed our sandwiches and perfectly cooked and seasoned fries.
