Went in and asked for a Cheese cake flavored milkshake and it tasted like a watered down strawberry milkshake. Before that I asked if they had cheese cake flavored ice cream and they said they didn't so I dont knowhow they made the milk shake? My wife ordered the sprinked waffle cone and it was bland. Baskin Robin's would've been a better bet.

I had the vanilla custard. Also tried the Neapolitan ice cream. They give generous portions. This has got to be the biggest soft serve I've had. Wish both had more cream flavor. Waffle cone was good. There was a line after dinner but it moved quickly.

Generous portions. Nice to find frozen custard because not too many ice cream places serve them. Wish it had more cream taste. The Neapolitan was good and also came in a generous portion. The waffle cone was pretty good and not just all sweet.

Giving 5 stars on the taste and quality of mango ice cream and Dole Pineapple Whip, as well as service! Servings are huge! Ambience is a typical ice cream shop - medium noise, no regular chairs or tables inside. There was a line of four teenagers ahead of me. It was a quick wait. Parking was in front of the shop at 8 pm on a midweek. I'd return every night if I lived closer!

I've been coming to this place since high school (2006!) and while the location moved a few yards, the quality is still amazing. I love meeting friends here on the warm days and enjoying my froyo or Treat ice cream by the water fountain and people watching. Always rotating flavors of both ice cream and froyo and great to see teenagers working hard.

I love the ice cream but the people that go there can be very ghetto so be careful. Some crazy person took over a minute to take out seven napkins on purpose so they can wait for me to get a napkin just to have an altercation with me and the staff can tell and was very supportive with what happened. They’re amazing people! But… over ice cream?! ?

So lucky to live down the street from the "creamery". It is amazing and what a great option for entertaining. Why make your own when you have options at Willow Glen Creamery. I have a dinner party..made the peach cobbler and decided to get the custard and to my surprise they had Georgia Peach Yogurt. Jessy was amazing and helpful. The store is cute and they have tons of toppings. When I got there at noon there were already folks inline. To my surprise they do not open till noon, but understand why. I left a voice message and within 5 minutes the owner called me back to discuss the amount I should get for the party. Customer service was excellent. Can't wait for more events coming up..St. Patty, Easter and just cause theirs is the BESTEST!

Arrived at 9:55 pm to pick up someone’s doordash order only to find the doors locked. One worker was texting on her phone ignoring my quick knock on the door and the other stared at me and walked to the back.I would have at the very least appreciated if they could confirm whether they had the order in the freezer or not but I guess both ladies could not be helped to basic customer service, much less interact with me like an actual human being.2/20/24
Every time I've been to Willow Glen creamery, it's always the same consistency! They have a number of different types of ice cream, as well as frozen yogurts, and an array of toppings!! I'm not one for toppings, but I do love all their different flavors, as well as vegan ice cream! I have a number of food allergies and it's nice to know I won't get a stomach ache For eating something I like! I chose to get the vegan raspberry lemon, Italian ice and it was so tangy and smooth with the raspberry mixture. It was delicious and perfect for the rainy weather! Our server was a young college or maybe high school kid and he was very polite since my aunt and I had to quite literally read all the different ice cream choices, and then decide! He was really patient and sweet as we asked for samples also! This particular creamery only has a handful of seating and they have a gorgeous patio outside with a fountain, but it was raining so we got our ice cream to go. I will definitely be back here again hopefully when it's not raining and will be able to walk around downtown Willow Glen!!

Get a vanilla custard with cookie dough and malt powder and then we'll talk. This place has great variety, amazing quality, and quick service. Would recommend swinging by for a little dessert after dinner in Willow Glen, or when you want to cool down on hot summer day...or just when the sweet tooth won't quit. My favorite guilty pleasure in the Glen.

Such a great local spot I very much enjoy walking to with my wife and dogs. London Fog ice cream is so good! And they always have coffee flavor, too.
