Winchester Coffee House

This place is a gem in the Bay Area where cost of living is so expensive! Came across this place thanks to Google, and I’m glad I did. The owners, Jack and his wife, are so kind and hospitable. Jack and I had a great convo just about general state of things. They have been here for 30+ years, and have kept the prices as low as possible serving the tenants and others from the general public. You just don’t see prices like these anymore! Come support this mom and pop shop if you’re in the area. The place can be a bit hard to find, but it truly is a gem.

Amazing little place. Home-owned feel, and the owners are extremely kind. They are cash only, and most customers are people who work in the plaza. Food is extremely cheap, and you can watch them make it with their oven or toaster. They have tons of sandwich options, and everything is deliciously made. I'm glad I have a place to go for lunch where I can pay $7 for chips and a homemade sandwich. Air conditioned, calm, and nice environment to eat lunch at. Highly recommend to anyone new to Winchester Plaza/is visiting.

A pleasant, small place with lots of sandwiches and other food available, plus four espresso drinks and a few smoothies. Prices are surprisingly reasonable - where else could you get a latte for $2 in this area? Part of the reason is that they are cash only. Note that as of today, Google Maps takes you to the right parking lot but has the wrong location for the coffee house. It is at the south end of the southwest building. Look for section P. I have submitted a correction.

Jack and Helen have been the owners for years, and always deliver fresh sandwiches and food with such excellent service and at low prices! We are so happy we found them!

Parking: Lots of free spots in a public parking lot, many medical offices in the area
