The oil used on 3/21/25 was old to the the point the the food was bad. The chicken was burnt and the fry's all brown. None of drumsticks were actually drumsticks and were actually drumettes which was not advertised nor what we ordered.(bait and switched with lower a quality product) This location needs serious help. My daughter really likes the wings here. She really enjoys the buffalo flavor on the wings. The fries are delicious but I love the carrots and celery sticks.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get into the sidewalk and the door is accessible.

Waited 30-40 mins for my order meanwhile people after me were getting their orders before me. When I went to ask for my order, it was sitting to the side with the online orders. I could’ve been had my food. On top of it they messed up my order.
There was no ice in the soda machine either. Tables were dirty. Disappointing

So this place has good and bad days just like any other place wings and workers are fine no complaints just one thing i have an issue with is why is the pricing going higher and higher like damn i just want 6 wings for maybe 5$ not 15 and the 2 for 15 is now 30$??????? just lower prices and everyone will be happy to come back

Horrible I paid Doordash to mainly get me ranch I ordered voodoo fries and paid 6$ to get ranch and we didn’t receive it I spoke to angel and he said it’s coo are you kidding me!
Ruth is incredible! I just have to say this! I charge my Tesla a lot near this wingstop and I always have a craving for lemon pepper wings. But the service that Ms. Ruth provides is remarkable. She works so hard for the company and she is a great representation for the Wing Stop brand. Out of all the wing stops Ive been too Ruth has topped the customer service. Thank you for the great food and the excellent services. These days amazing service is hard to come by!

Hello to the manager or people of the Corporation today Friday I went to this place to buy food we entered and there was a man asking that if we bought him something to eat to which I told him that if I went to the woman who was in the registrar named Vanesa and asked him to give him an order and put a face as if they had her in the bathroom cleaning Popo a horrible attitude I thought she would not buy it for free or I know? and when I was asking for my order he says so I advise you not to buy them. I feed these people because then I can't get them out of here..., in a scolding way and I didn't leave myself and answer him and it was like I change his attitude and without further scoundrel he tells me not to take it personally then as I take it if I'm going to buy to consume... not to have things
