They seem too take care of there own very well they were all Mexican I'm black the chicken was fried so hard I couldn't even bite into the skin it was like leather on top of that there was feathers on the chicken I got sick 🤢🤒 wasn't feeling it when I asked for the manager she gave me attitude like I cooked it..

So I love the food at Wingstop and get it all the time, however I sent my teenager daughter to buy me a 10-piece wet wings meal, and it was done wrong—not soaking wet as specifically requested. This is the third time this has happened to her, and I feel she was taken advantage of. I have previous pictures and proof, as I always order mine wet and expect to have sufficient sauce. Most of the time I have ordered it was done right? If not, I would ask and they would fix it but I feel like with my teenage daughter because she wouldn’t ask. They felt they can just send the order however they want because this happened three times in a row to her.
I contacted the manager, Myra, who failed to fix the issue. Instead of replacing the whole meal, she offered only six pieces, claiming the sauce was low so that warrants only a 6 piece replacement. I explained that only replacing it with six pieces was unfair since the entire 10-piece meal, fries, and drink were ruined if the main part of the meal is done wrong the whole meal is ruined. I’m not trying to get more than what I paid for.. This attempt to save four pieces ruins the opportunity to make it right. She even recognized that past orders were also done wrong but all she can offer is 6pieces. I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she is not authorized and I have to contact corporate, which I did.

I'm almost certain the food is the same as other Wingstops around here, but I didn't get a chance to try because they have a guard for the bathroom that doesn't let anybody use the bathroom prior to ordering. I work in the area at a location without a bathroom and had my work gear and uniform on, but they acted as if I was through there with a spray paint can in hand. I was treated like a criminal before I could order anything. I took my business to Panera next door where there is friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. You would think with an empty business, they would want to at least look a little busy with folks coming through and put some effort into making a welcoming atmosphere.

Thank God this is not the nearest location to me. My mother made the mistake of ordering from the Coleman location after work. They gave her the wrong order, but she was already home 30 mins away +traffic. She called to ask for a refund because the wings tasted sour and she wouldn’t be able to eat them even if she wanted to. The manager was apparently too good to even get on the phone and had Nathaniel running back and forth with messages. Bottom line, the manager refuses to give a refund unless we bring the wings back RIGHT NOW. We offered to bring them by tmrw for a refund, but they will only offer to remake it tomorrow. So I can bring it back right now through traffic and can get money back, but tomorrow is when they will make me eat the dinner I ordered for today, no refund? Again, glad I don’t have to ever suffer this all around incompetence again. Do yourself a favor and fire that manager.

The staff is trash the manger should be fired . They take so long and don’t even do the order right when they love to charge for so many add ons. If I am paying the food should be made correctly.

The oil used on 3/21/25 was old to the the point the the food was bad. The chicken was burnt and the fry's all brown. None of drumsticks were actually drumsticks and were actually drumettes which was not advertised nor what we ordered.(bait and switched with lower a quality product) This location needs serious help. I will not be returning. Just nasty food.

My daughter really likes the wings here. She really enjoys the buffalo flavor on the wings. The fries are delicious but I love the carrots and celery sticks.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get into the sidewalk and the door is accessible.

Waited 30-40 mins for my order meanwhile people after me were getting their orders before me. When I went to ask for my order, it was sitting to the side with the online orders. I could’ve been had my food. On top of it they messed up my order.

There was no ice in the soda machine either. Tables were dirty. Disappointing
