Ordered doordash. Look at the pictures. That's literally out of the box. Looks like a half eaten wing, but it's not.We usually eat at a different location that's a lot better in terms of quality. However, the order defaulted to this store for delivery, unfortunately. Guess I should be careful selecting the other store next time I order.

food was good like always but this is the 4th time i BUY ranch and don't get it in the bag i basically pay for fun sucks i can't even check the bag because they tape close please or bbs more organized thanks hopefully. whenever you get your food please open and double check

We have been coming to this Wingstop for 2 years and we have never had a problem up until now. We love the food here normally and we usually get very good service, the owner is very kind and sweet and a very nice person. Which Is why today we were very surprised at the way we were treated. Everything started great we ordered our food and payed and sat down we waited and started to get worried a little when 30 minutes passed by and 40 people go their order, I went up and asked the lady at the counter kindly how long the wait would be for our food. In a rather rude tone she replied back 5 more minutes. So I sat back down we waited for another 25 minutes 30 more people got their food, I went back up to the counter and asked again kindly, the lady was even ruder I then asked nicely is their a problem with the order? She then said no. And walked way, I sat down and my friend then said he felt uncomfortable and that he felt the manager and employees were being racist or prejudiced I then started to feel the same and said loudly not giving a order that we payed for is illegal thats what it is and I may file a police report, they then suddenly decided to give us our order. I am mixed and my friend just happens to be black he has dealt with racism for 50 years and knows what it looks and sounds like. Also the food made me sick when I got home I think I have food poisoning now. I almost cried this was deeply sad. Please. We love your food. We love your stores concept. We usually love your service. Please go back to a business that respects their customers and treats people kindly and serves good food. Very disappointed- from a very nice,regular, sad customer

Very angry customer. Do NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! Wingstop placed an entirely incorrect order in the bag with my receipt name on it. I called immediately and was told I would be refunded. Went into Coleman store 3 days later because still no refund. Sunday datenight with my spouse for our wedding anniversary was COMPLETELY RUINED!!!!! I MEAN you gave us 10 wings to share and we paid for 20 with a large fries to celebrate our anniversary because we fed 500 pieces of wings stop to our wedding guests 12 years ago. But how disappointing this one meal stuck at home for us turned out! 5 DAYS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME! I go in a 2nd time and am told to wait AGAIN! Very upset and will leave negative reviews .... this is the worst online order experience ever! They could have at least given me a gift card with my money but they do NOTHING!

The cashier was very rude. Not only was he yelling at me while taking my order but he wasn’t listening. I had to repeat myself a couple of times. Then when my order was ready, he called my name. I walked up and extended my hand and he placed my food to the side in front of another customer. Totally disregarded me. I was the only woman waiting for food so he knew it was me and where I was sitting. He just put my food to the side. You bum! Didn’t say thank you for coming. Nothing. Won’t be back. Take him from the front. Not good customer service at all.

5 stars! I ordered food and showed up a few minutes early and it was already done. There was a short line but one of the workers came up and helped me when they noticed I was waiting. Store is small but nice.The wings were a good size and juicy. I ordered 15 and I think I got 17.This is by far the best Wingstop I've been to.
