I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.

This isn't a review of Wingstop in general, but I e of this particular location. Wingstop's tend to take a moderate amount of time to complete orders because they're busy, but this location takes extremely long to complete orders even when no one waiting. And if your waiting there, they won't tell you your order is ready. They just place it there on the rack with the door dash orders so you have to inspect every bag that comes out. All this would be forgiveable, if it weren't for the fact that they somehow mess up the formula that makes Wingstop so good. The breading on these bad boys are like concrete man. Like I'm eating some seasoned rocks. And not even seasoned well. Careful if you wanna keep you smile snaggle free.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was told my order would take about 15 minutes. It was empty so I figured thats how long it would take. I was wrong. Took a liitle over 30 minutes. When I got home, I noticed that they messed up and gave me classic wings instead of the boneless wings I ordered. To top it off, I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave it to me with moldy bread. This is totally unacceptable.

Screws up my orders EVERY time. I always pay extra for all flats, this past order (decided to try one more time) - got all drums. Ordered Louisiana Dry Rub, got BBQ. Always wrong!!!

Do not do a National Wings Day and hide when you app crashes and made it impossible to enjoy. Several I know got ignored and not extension. Therefore all 20 will not be coming back to Wingstop. Good bye. You have competition and it’s time for them to be tried.

Ordered 8pc boneless combo and the pieces were the size of popcorn chicken. Very different to my usual Wingstop location. Also did not give me fries despite ordering a combo.

The night crew gave me raw wings and raw fries and I probably won't get my money back from my bank don't ever come to this wing stop service is bad I was happy to eat wing but then I bit into the wing and it was raw inside ?
