Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.

They don’t take food health safety to serious. There hands weren’t washed or wearing gloves. They have bad hygiene all around everything was crossing contaminated.

Wingstop Streetsboro served me hands down the worst wings I've ever eaten (ate 1 of 8 and threw the rest where they belonged...in the trash). The quality of wings was laughable. The sauce almost nonexistent. That will be a one and done for Wingstop! I feel like I just bought a car warranty from Hindi Jake from State Farm. Seriously, was this a prank, or are yall serious?

I should have turned around and gone to my go to on the El Camino in Santa Clara as soon as I saw only one person working and two guests in the store. The food was mediocre at best, while ready quickly, not quite right. The drink machine, no choices like my go to. The root beer was 90% water (which gushed like a kitchen faucet) and 10% syrup. Filled it halfway and tried it, left it on the counter by the machine. Most disappointing $17.00 meal I've ever had. Won't be back and don't recommend

The food was okay but the service was so bad. I was so excited to have wingstop but they didn’t season my fries correctly. They had run out on the drink I wanted and didn’t give me cup until like 5 minutes later even though there was no one there. He gave it to me sloppy and on the side. So it was all mixed up in the bag without enough barbecue sauce. Really overcooked and most places in the area have good wingstop quality but this was just not it. Everyone has there preference but maybe there is a reason it’s empty and it’s mostly because people don’t know where it is but also because they take long and I’ve had many of those experiences when there was like no people there. I love wingstop but they just hire anyone there. Worst part of my day so I will def go to another wingstop if I have the chance.
