This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said...
Yaaay! First review the manager is super friendly and the place is awesome ! She was exited with her team Today is the soft opening of THIS wing stop. Please give them a try it is hard to find a Wing Stop this fresh and friendly ! I will be back ??muchas gracias?
10/10!!! Staff is very friendly. I’ve been dealing with the Wing Stop on El Camino and Bascom Ave. The WORST locations. Never had any fries, orders always wrong and long waits for online orders. This is my first time ordering here and it was amazing. Food was done before pick up time. The whole order was correct and staff was wonderful. Definitely coming back!
