SOME WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND TO THE FOOD DELIVERS, APART FROM THAT THEY MAKE WRONG ORDERS, I WAS MISSING SOME POTATOES AND AS I SAW HOW THEY WERE RUDE, I DID NOT WANT TO COMPLAIN ANYTHING BETTER NOT TO RETURN AGAIN.

Everytime you call they pick up don't say anything an all is you hear is background noise for an hour straight I've been calling an then if you hang up an Try to call right back it says over an over this number can't take your call it's 2024 wingstop step up your service

Food was pretty fresh. never eaten inside as the place is pretty small. All wingstops tend to take a while when waiting so I don't mind that part. Overall chill experience

Hoping for Happy

The worst! Customer Service makes even more bad. Was told 15 minutes to be ready, was calling from the car...pulled into parking lot a few minutes later and they were already bagging the food. I thought wing stop was cooked to order. Then wanted to charge me double the price given to me over the phone. The only thing the guy would say is, we'll I didn't talk to you. I heard that 5x. Well figure out which of the 5 guys did talk to me and get the order correct please. I don't see this place lasting long if they don't step up their game. Left my order behind.

Ordered chicken strips and chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was cold and flavor less. I know it’s a new place but they need to get their act together. I will not be going back and I tell everyone to steer clear.

Wingstop Winchester: Fries and chicken was very bland! I paid for an extra sauce and I didn't receive it. so they stole from me. poor customer service! they all need to be retrained! no one ever answers the phone.
