Worker was SO MEAN.

Placed an order on their website, they outsourced to doordash. They gave the driver the wrong order, when I called about it she said it was my fault (her words) again and again, and spoke increasingly aggressive when I tried to ask about potential fixing options.
I hate I’m even writing to complain about service because I never do, but being berated by a stranger on the phone when I was just trying to get dinner was not how I expected this to end up.

I am a huge Wingstop fan, been eating their wings for years, and tried this location.

There was almost no seasoning on my order. The first pic is mango habanero and lemon pepper. When I saw the lemon pepper I was so confused because there was almost no seasoning on any of the wings. I thought they mistakenly gave me plain wings until I flipped some of them and saw a tiny sprinkling of the pepper. The mango habanero could’ve been a dry rub, there was almost no sauce. Second pic are fries and hot honey rub wings. The hot honey was again barely seasoned. The fries were underdone, soggy and also under seasoned. Pretty sad overall. If only one wing flavor was under seasoned, I wouldn’t mind. I don’t even really care about the fries because Wingstop’s fries are always a hit or miss. But if my entire chicken order tastes like boiled chicken with a hint of lemon/honey/mango, that tells me that this is likely a persistent issue at this location. Seems like based on the other reviews that under-seasoning is a consistent problem. I’ll be happily driving an extra ten minutes to other Wingstops for my cravings.

STAY AWAY! I've given this place so many chances. First time it was no seasoning, second time chicken wings were spoiled with nasty smell, and third will be my last time here dry wings with little seasoning. Does the owner or franchisee even know the quality of food at this store??? It's a shame that I'll have to drive all the way to the Coleman store going forward while this store is only a block away from my house. Stay away folks!

I went up to the cashier and showed her my online order as soon as I walked in. She didn’t acknowledge me and just walked away, so I assumed my order was still being prepared. I waited for 20 minutes, watching her continue to help other customers while occasionally glancing in my direction. Finally, I went up to ask about the status of my order, only to find out it had been ready the entire time—just sitting behind her. I’m not sure why she didn’t hand it to me when I first showed her my order. The lack of communication and awareness was really frustrating.

The cashier is nice, and the dining area looks clean and bright. The fries I got is little soft and not crispy, but I am not sure if it’s because it’s in the carry out bag for 15 minutes.

Wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever, STAY AWAY! The is clearly mismanaged, employees don’t care about being punctual in the slightest, one of them keeps yelling ā€œ5 more minutes broā€ every 10 minutes.

SOME WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND TO THE FOOD DELIVERS, APART FROM THAT THEY MAKE WRONG ORDERS, I WAS MISSING SOME POTATOES AND AS I SAW HOW THEY WERE RUDE, I DID NOT WANT TO COMPLAIN ANYTHING BETTER NOT TO RETURN AGAIN.
