I was there with my daughters earlier order plain chicken tenders no sauce to go. When I got home to feed my daughters they gave me “original” tenders ( those have hot sauce) my daughters will not eat and I will not order for them. I called on my way back and asked them to re make for me . I was placed on hold to ask manager. Cashier picked up phone again about 10 minutes later . She forgot she had me hold and said manager said no. I asked to remake and I will pay I just didn’t want to wait again. Cashier said yes . When I got there they said If I don’t pay first they are not able to re start order. Cashier told a second person the manager already said that. Manager never came out to address or show me the receipt they took from me. I left without food for my daughters and also left incorrect order there. I wasn’t trying to get free food. I just wanted correct order. Horrible costumer service.

Took a while for my order and I haven't eaten all day. Ordered 8:30 8:45 pm got my order 9:30 9:45pm. Then food was mid not even that great. After eating n going to bed, my stomach hurts so bad I had to wake up n use the bathroom. It's 1 am and I never had such a bad stomachache that woke me up from sleep before. Especially when I only ate one thing all day. Unfortunate place.

Their customer service is horrible. If they make $22/hour, they work like they are being paid $7.35. They always screw up online orders. One time when I got home with my meal, I discovered some of our chicken order hadn't been fullfilled. So, I drove back with the meal and they said they wouldn't fix it because they said I could be lying. I will never torture myself with the expectation the McKee Road location will ever improve.

Last 3 trips in the past month or so have been disappointing. All 3 times I got nothing but crumbs for my fries. I get that crumbs will be there no matter what, but 3/4s of the fry basket crumbs?

Such an amazing place very clean and the staff are the nicest people ever they always cook everything to perfection by far the best Wingstop in San jose

Food was great as always, but it took them 20 mins to get out order to us. It seems like they prioritize DoorDash over in person customers. They had public access TV on so there was some wack shiz on the TVs.

The cashier who served Genesis works very well but there was a very large lady who had very bad manners and took me away from the soda machine.
I was just grabbing my soda and she turned to look at me, it seemed like I was going to finish the soda, she got angry as if I was going to leave her with nothing for her to drink.
Very unpleasant service from that lady.

All the years I've been going to Wingstop this is the worst Wingstop experience I've ever had I ordered the 15-piece special half in boneless and half and bone-in the boneless pieces were about the size of a quarter dry and flat if I was an employee there I wouldn't have served that to a customer I should have requested my money back but I didn't want to make it seem actually I think it was done intentionally if you're African-American I advise you to avoid this Wingstop at all costs

This place definitely has the worst service. I usually buy there because my children like it, but for my part I recommend that you place your order a day in advance so that when you are going to pick it up it is ready. Because you order 2 combos and they tell you it will be ready in 20 to 25 minutes.
The time they gave you to pick up the order passes and you arrive at the place and it turns out that you still have to wait 10 to 15 or sometimes more. The truth is the worst service. Unpunctual.

So I called to order a 10 piece wing COMBO and the lady charged me for boneless combo over the phone ?and said they can remake my order I just have to bring my food back to the STORE . I was not tryna drive all the way back to this store I live downtown smh . I also got the double chocolate brownie and IT TASTES nasty asf
