Definitely I went there for the 1st time and worst treatment instead of helping where rude misspelled my name Plus took forever to get out my oder about 1 hour while others got here after me they still got there orders before me.

Avoid going to this wing stop if you don’t want to get a headache, I call for an order they said they were gonna put me in a 2 to 3 minute hold I was on the phone for 23 minutes they never responded I had to go to the store and order in person I waited 30 minutes for my order and the machine for sodas was broken and the place was dirty.

If I could give this awful place a ZERO I WOULD. SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL RESTAURANT. the customer service is terrible. They don’t care about the customers at all, extremely morally corrupt. I spent $70 for an order I never got and they refuse to refund. Horrible horrible horrible. ZERO STARS.

So me and my girl ordered from doordash, and when we got our order after waiting for an hour. We received a somewhat wrong order because we ordered 15 wings in total 5 classic bone in and 10 boneless. And we received all bone in and one of our drinks came in a regular when we ordered a large. And specially my girl ordered a sweet tea and she got a water. A WATER. Called the store and told me if I wanted to pick up or just leave a review. Like what's the point of doordashing if I'm going to be asked to pick it up. And secondly what will a review do to my order? Also, the coke doesn't taste anything!

I've been to this Wingstop for several years now, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Diego. I recently placed a DoorDash order for delivery, but I made a mistake on one of the flavors. I gave the store a call and Diego was super accommodating and got the problem resolved for me. Food arrived shortly after and everything was great. Thanks again, Diego! :)

If I can give a 0 I would the staff there were rude and took there sweet time they are too busy talking, instead of doing there job. I waited 50 minutes and asked for my food 4 times, by the way all I ordered was a simple 8 piece really get your stuff together. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Staff: was rude and unprofessional.

I placed an order for pick up & my food was cold on top of that they didn't even cover my tender in sauce that well. When I called to let the worker know she literally argued with me that she did it correctly & to call back to talk to the manger then hung up the phone very rudely without letting me say another word.

This Wingstop was subpart.When I came in, which was about 20 minutes after they open there was at least a 45 minute wait for only a basket of six wings and fries.The fries were a bit soggy and lemon pepper wings were still really oily /greasy.I do not recommend this spot.

I Usually love a trip to wing stop. Yesterday night I stopped by and grabbed a couple of wings for dinner. When I woke up In the morning I had severe food poisoning. They are definitely doing something wrong.

Usually don't leave reviews fr. But I've usually gone here lots of times cuz I live around the area & never had any problems food always good. But recently now that they have the bundle specials seems like they have changed they're bone in wings doesn't seems like the same type of chicken. It's cut horribly from the bone so you know they didn't care bout them chickens. so me personally I know that's not a good sign of good chicken. But everything else good I won't be getting wings no more. Had them look like that twice in a row didn't go back till like a month after the first still the same wings. Nasty
