This is the worst wingstop location in SJ. The workers are extremely incompetent and rude. I ordered a pickup order and 4/5 of the items I paid for were wrong. The only thing they barely got right was the fries, which I requested well cooked just for it to be soggy and flavorless. I ordered on a super slow Monday so there’s no excuse in mixing/messing up my order that bad. I tried asking for a refund but they told me to contact customer service since it was over the phone? I should’ve learned from my previous interaction ordering at this location considering they’ve gotten it wrong every single time but I was really pregnancy hormones made me crave wingstop and this was the closest location. Next time i’ll stick to the Branham location

Normally I usually buy in that store and I have had several disappointments the first times I bought they gave me Parmesan wings instead of Cajun wings, today they attend again and I ordered an order of 20 pcs I brought them home and when I opened them they had only given me 10 pcs 😡 (I don't drive and my partner stopped by to make the claim and they asked for the ticket I sent him a photo of the food and the ticket and they didn't accept it) he had to come back for me which I no longer do I agreed, and the problem is that I paid for 20 pieces.

Received wrong order and when I called the location the girl who answered the phone said that I could call the dasher if he could pick up the right order or for me to drive down there and pick it up. When I asked if I could just ask for a refund she said I could ask when I asked her to speak with her manager she said she was the manager on duty and hung up on me.

I stopped by there this afternoon, and ordered a 20 piece, bone-in 1/2 lemon pepper and half parmesan wings. I started eating and keep wonder wth...well there was a dash of pamesan cheese on some but overall there was absolutely NO seasoning! Not a hint of lemon pepper , salt, and whatever other seasonings you typically use. Thank goodness I had my own here at home !!

Worst Wingstop I have ever been to.
I frequent wingstops since I enjoy both the way they make their chicken and their sauce options, so over the past few years, I have been to a lot of Wingstops.
This is the first time I have had a bad experience .
Ordering was a pain as the person taking my order was rude. A single chicken sandwich took 30 minutes to make. And they got my order wrong (Fries not seasoned).
Since Wingstops always have an open window to look into the kitchen, I took a look, and it honestly looked like they were playing around.
The other 1 star reviews seem to collaborate the issues with this location.

Wings tasted standard like any other location, except there were feathers sticking out. When brought up with the worker, she rudely said “it’s just a feather” and refused to offer assistance.
