I ordered my food it seems like the workers was more into whatever they was doing and Not cooking the food right and taking it out to early the chicken especially wasn’t done and the fries was burnt when I got home my chicken wasn’t done the chicken was still red on the inside and wet and cold and my fries was brunt and soggy. I went to the wing stop on curtner in San Jose That chicken need to be cooked all the way or else somebody gonna end up sick

ELIZABETH with the red hair is really messed up. She threw my food on the counter and then forgot to give me ranch and had me wait 5 mins for RANCH. she had a huge attitude and was laughing at me.

I’ve now gone here 3 times, and every time it’s gotten worse. No longer going to this one, recommend to go to the one on Coleman, wayyyyy better.

So we've ordered the 20 boneless wings deal,with fries and w dips. That's the best deal you can come by right now. Mango habanero and Koren BBQ is the best. Make sure to tell them to make the fries crispy ?

Came in and we're happy to see it wasn't busy with no line. After we ordered it started to pick up, 20 mins turned to almost 30 and we still haven't gotten our order but yet people after us got their food first. Yes some of who ordered in store.. i understand they probably wanted to do smaller orders first but we've been waiting. I finally got up and they all of a sudden have my order ready. Probably why we stop coming to this specific one.

Placed a togo order and when I arrived, it still took another 40 minutes for it to be ready. Food was ok. Best thing was their ranch and honey mustard sauce.

1. Horrible customer service. Everyone working here is rude and slow af. Chick working the register was trying to balance/close out her drawer with a line 5+ people deep without acknowledging anyone. Then started arguing with her coworker about how to close out a drawer and counting money out in the open...like what are you doing?2. Unsanitary. They are straight up doing their end of night deep kitchen clean while still cooking food and having two hours before closing. Dirty mop water getting EVERYWHERE (where food is being made, on togo bags, etc.), smells like cleaning chemicals, people slipping on the floors while making food, etc. No way this can be sanitary or to code. Absolute dump.3. They implemented a ridiculous rule for online orders where the purchasing card needs to be presented at time of pick up to get the food despite already being paid for online. It's already paid for and you have to give the full name but no...the purchasing card needs to be presented at the time of pick up. So if your significant other, friend, neighbor whoever buys the food and you go to pick it up, you have to have that person's card in hand to get the food. Makes no sense whatsoever. Then the kicker is that nowhere online while ordering does it say the purchasing card needs to be presented at pick up. Rude azz workers are quick to point out the new signs they have plastered all over their counters and walls about the rule change, cool, but how is ANYONE supposed to know that until they come in and try to pick up the order?? Unless you are the purchasing individual and have the card on hand...you can't pick up the food that's already been paid for?!? Every person who ordered online and paid for online had an issue with this in the 5 minutes I was there. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering online....Finally fed up with this location and will go to a different spot from now on. A once a week, easy money customer...gone.

went to pick up food for the 1st time here and saw someone working on the air ducts right in front of the shop debris was falling and spreading out over the food prep area as food was being prepared!! ... unacceptable health safety practices wont be going back here....

they are either understaffed or extremely slow , i was trying to grab a quick lunch and waited over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich. not to mention its super dirty

The workers here are rude and careless. If you planned on dining in, don't. It's a nasty mess in there. Theres trash all over the tables and drink station. Not one person preparing the food wore a hair net.

1 hour waiting for some fries and a chicken sandwich. Super slow . They chat ? and all left the kitchen area for 5 mins + and a lot of people are not happy . Worst area ever

I love chicken! Especially wings and tenders. I've given every Wing Stop location a try in my city to find a good go to one. Hoping and thinking after an awful experience at each location that this might be just this location and manager who runs their staff... Unfortunately after visiting each one, there have always been numerous issues with each location/experience. Either with the service, or the product quality, or ambiance being dirty/smelly. I always thought maybe it's based per location site... but after trying the final location today (6th location) here in San Jose, (which was of course a let down) I have come to the conclusion that Wingstop it self as a franchise, sucks! From management on training staff to the quality of product they produce. At this location this time it was the quality of food.. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was mostly grayish color. When someone orders fries, they assume they would get good quality product since it's one of the easiest food items to make. But of course Wingstop gets it wrong. My fries were drenched in OLD oil.If your in SJ area and looking to get good quality chicken, check out "Smoke Eaters" or Chick-fil-a. Hope this helps!
