Way too much breading on tenders and boneless. Dirty ghetto area. Dont go here for 1 year and see if franchisees will fix their store by

It's not the place or location, it's just the employees that really ruins it. But hey sometimes the apple doesn't fall from the tree. Employees here are rude and just vibe killers...Wheelchair accessibility: I was told to "wait outside then" what a wonderful time of the year, its not the area.. it'd the people working here is the issue

Service to customers ok,but time a little longer...if give free French fries for customers no need to request customers only online, depending how much customers spend money.
If I can give no star I would and I barely say that. Came in today and picked up my online order. The person read off my order and I took the bag (taped shut) and when I got home the fries were cold and had no seasoning when I ordered seasoned fries. The chicken was bland and had barely to no seasoning but extra oil. I did not receive any veggie sticks and not even one dipping sauce even when the person read off it was supposed to be in the bag. This place has gone to hell, even walking in I felt like I was at a taco place with Mexican music blasting. Wing stops are hit and miss, this one is definitely a miss. I would drive the extra mile and order from the calaveras location and hope this place shuts down.

My boyfriend &' I went for some wings , The girl with the red hair was so rude , she messed up our order twice didn't give me my boneless wings , so we went back and she gave us the wings with the wrong flavor , after we told her twice what flavor we wanted then didn't give us the dips and claimed she did waste of 40$ and the worst costumer service. Didn't even get the correct flavor of wings.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I placed an online order for 515, I arrived at 505, and food was done. It took me 5 min to get home, food was sooo cold, as if food had been done 20min prior to me arriving. upon calling the restaurant, the person answering the food immediately blamed me and said I had arrived late. he also immediately told me I wasn't getting a refund. when I confirmed in fact i was there early, he just said there is nothing we can do. he asked if i wanted to speak with "supervisor" He immediately had a attitude, and asked "how was the food cold" I told him the food was so cold, he said bring the food back! I told him that was such an inconvenience, and I had already reheated the food. He said well then what do you want me to do, call my manager if you want to complain or bring the food back. Customer service was the worst. the fact that this supervisor has no sympathy and not realize some people work very hard and food is not cheap.

The food is good and everyone is so welcoming except some so called manager who goes by "Ray" he is the most rudest fucking "manager" ive ever encountered. He obviously doesn't want to work there because he is always so unapproachable and rude about things. Hes just working their for the discount wingstop gives him. Ive complained about him many times to the main manager but he doesn't seem to care.

I tried wingstop for the first time. Me being an international student. Wingstop is a really amazing place. I ordered spiciest sauces for my burger and it was really the best. They gave me ranch dip and fresh fries with lemon and pepper seasoning.It is my goto place in sanjose. I ordered the wings for delivery and it was perfect crispy and tastes delicious. It was savoury and was really amazing.Staff here is really friendly and kind and I saw a kid dropped his 2 large sodas and they didn’t say anything and just cleaned it on the spot.I am really excited to go to wingstop again. Really want to try again all the spicy sauce. I think wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings are almost same. In BWW we have more spicy varieties of sauces. But both the franchisees tastes the same and good.(I tried cajun sauce)Go and try it!!!

bad customer service, waited an hour for food. Fries were cold and the guy taking orders at 9pm on 09/22 and the guy frying were talking in Spanish saying derogatory remarks. Management check on these employees, they're dressed poorly and provide terrible customer service.

The customer service here is completely awful. They really don't give a crap about you and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom even though I was with my friends, but I had to be a "costumer" apparently. This place should be ashamed of their staff.

You’re not getting anything particularly special here outside of the famous Wingstop flavors. It’s not exactly cheap and the customer service is spotty at best. I don’t fault them for very much but sometimes the food is a bit cold or sloppily presented.

Stopped to pick up food for lunch on the way home. I had their chicken sandwich, which was alright. I got the sauce on the side and I would recommend getting it tossed in the sauce. It's really just bread, fried chicken and some lettuce. But I wasn't sure I would like the sauce - I got the hot honey sauce. But it was good - a little heat. I was trying something new. My go-tos are usually the lemon pepper or garlic parmesan or even the teriyaki. My partner got the chicken tenders in mild buffalo sauce. He's a regular at wingstop. We also split a large fries. Since we took it home to enjoy, the fries were slightly soggy. But it was to be expected. If you eat there, on the spot after you receive them, hopefully they are way more crispy.
