Atmospheres okay, the wings are average sometimes overcooked, the beverage machine never has ice, out of the three times I've been there. Beverages are also flat, a waste of money, for the few times that I've been there.

The drinks are always warm and they never have ICE in the soda machine. It’s honestly a waste of my money when I order two drink and can’t even enjoy them with our meal. Next time I will be asking for money back if his happens AGAIN!

I don't usually visit wingstop because in the past it seemed to take forever to get your order, but this time, the service was great, and I got my order right away! I got the boneless wings. And it seemed like it took about 5 minutes to get my order, and the wings were great!Parking: This location is in a giant mall, and parking is not an issue here.Wheelchair accessibility: Handycap parking is right at the door... the store is reasonably accessible from a wheelchair

I have lived in almaden for many years now, and I have honestly never had many good experiences with the staff and the food here before. The staff would always forget my ranch when i would doordash and even when id go in person, and they were not very professional in general. I never had the patience to leave a review for this place, however, the staff working tonight on February 20th were just fantastic and they earned this review. Unfortunately they made a small mistake on my order but they were so polite and kind enough to fix their mistake for me and made everything perfect. Shoutout to the guy working cashier wearing glasses, you were extremely polite and very helpful.

Ordered out on phone. We got a meal deal with boneless wings and tenders. We also got fries and corn. The food was good. On the app you couldn't order sauce on the side, but I was able to ask at the desk. The place was pretty crowded we just sat in the chairs for takeout.Dietary restrictions: They do have diet caffeine free soda. I also asked for light seasoning on the fries.

Definitely one of my favorite franchises to get chicken unfortunately this particular store is not focused on customer service cashier seem to be very miserable they're always playing loud music in the background and it's needs to be clean a little more need to little tender loving care and the last time I was there they allow anyone with pets and you can have a space monkey from Mars and they won't question you whether it's a guide Space MonkeyVegetarian options: The only vegetarian thing they got is french fries and vegetablesParking: There appears to be plenty of parking in that side of the shopping mall. Once you get to trader Joe's or better off, you also have Costco in that shopping center and Starbucks, so it's very difficult to find parking, but not a problem right there next to wingstop. And santa clara county federal planning parking in that general areaKid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly Would not recommend bringing your kids hereWheelchair accessibility: There is well chair accessibility

Robert is amazing, customer service nothing short of excellent. This man was so nice over the phone and in person. I can say he provided the best customer service I’ve had in such a long time thank you so much Robert!!!
Basically just wingstop protocol happy friendly service up front then timer starts be prepare to wait in upwards of 35-45 min you have better chance using door dash because atleast 4 pick up must have came in before my order . But there is a light at the tunnel listening to the staffs events from the previous night was better than anything..

I'm a delivery driver. This is by far the worst place to pick-up deliveries. This is my third time waiting for over 30 minutes, and it's not even busy. The order I was picking up was sitting there for over 20 minutes, and they asked me if I was waiting for an order. They knew I was waiting. The employees here don't care. GARBAGE!!!
