Very disappointed on this visit. Came here to order my kids food at 8:12pm. We didn't get our food until 8:50pm. Customers were coming in store (not online order) after we placed our order and received their food before us. When asked the employee (Yahaira) she was very rude about it and blame it on the printing machine not working. I will definitely NOT ever coming back to this location again. Wingstop do better!

I came to this Wingstop last week for some good old wings and it was awesome! This is definitely a small spot with a few tables, but foot traffic is certainly high. The workers are efficient and fast, but some waiting was done to get our order. Ended up ordering:* Fries - they are always the best here. The fries could have been a little more crispy but always love the seasoning here*Wings (Duh) - i got lemon pepper, mango habanero and garlic parmesan ( which is my favorite). Absolutely enjoyed every bite and can't wait to come back for more!Overall, food was great and plentiful. I can't wait to go back for another cheat meal!

After letting them know that they served wings with feathers on their chicken wings, they offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase….REALLY.I just was requesting my money back. I don’t think I want to eat there again.I would posted a video showing what they served, but the system here did not allow..

The best service fr , I went today after school to get some grub w friends and who I believe was the manger was hella chill n coo asf, he didn't have a name tag or a wingstop shirt which is why I believe he's a manager but he had the best service , even in the little interaction we had I can tell he's a good guy I didn't mean to catch him off guard hella coo tho

Best wingstop I've tried in the area - much above 3 others I've had around San Jose! The food is always super fresh and the workers are very friendly :)I drive to this one over the one closer to my house because of the quality!

Customer service was quite lacking. Waited a long time for my pick up order despite it being on the shelf and letting the younger cashier lady know that I was there for pick up and telling her my name. She decided to just stand there instead of helping out her coworker that was actively trying to assist customers. Once I did receive my order which were dry rub wings they were covered in grease and oil and it made me sick. Go to a different wingstop.

- fast service - messed up my order- good foodCame here on 4/20 and ordered the hot box. They messed up my order and gave me the chicken sandwich instead of the original wings. They corrected my order quick though.This I just a standard wingstop chain nothing too noticeably different but also not too bad.
